Perfect location for a visit to our daughter and future son in laws wedding venue
It was spacious and reasonably well equipped, however there were a few issues with the decor which could be touched up where there had been water damage etc.
The biggest problem was no lock on the bathroom door , no toilet brush and missing plug in the basin .
We were a party of 6 but there were only 5 usable mugs, 4 place mats and only 4 dining chairs ( two additional folding chairs found in the bedroom closet which were too low down to be able to eat at the table comfortably. There were also no closet or hanging space in two of the 3 bedrooms. The bedding and towels were very clean and good quality.
Many of the kitchen units and kick boards needed fixing but the kitchen was very well equipped , plenty of drinks glasses and dinner wear .

Location- near town centre. 3 separate beds, clean and modern
Could do with 2 front door keys, as there’s no letterbox. when someone goes out separately they have to leave front door open

The house was nicely decorated and very clean. It was a short walk from the town. Parking wasn’t an issue, plenty of space on the road.
No signal on the tv so couldn’t use it but for a short stay, this was not an issue.

The property was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was in a central location with local amenities within walking distance. The kitchen was fully fitted with lots of useful accessories.

Perfect location for us as we were attending a wedding at ‘The Out Barn’. The house is very modern with everything you need. It’s clean, comfy & we had good communication from the owners.

A very modern, clean, Tastefully decorated property, it sits between two takeaways on a main road however none of these are evident once in the property. A spacious lounge with ample seating provided by leather sofas leads to a dining area which is also extremely spacious this then leads to a lovely kitchen with all the mod cons, unfortunately the dishwasher and washer were out of action, this was identified in advance with good communication with host. first floor has a large room Tastefully decorated with a few homely touches added,the smaller of the two rooms again Tastefully decorated. The bathroom is very modern and well laid out.The second floor lays host to a huge bedroom. The house is situated ideally for all your needs and won't disappoint.
No normal TV, couple or raised nails in bathroom floor only one front door key.

Could do with some hanging space (no hangers in the wardrobe) and also an iron would be useful

it was beautifully furnished and plenty of room and close to the centre of Clitheroe
we stayed for just one night so It didn’t matter so much but there was 6 of us and only 4 mugs .
There was no draws or hanging space in two of the three bedrooms,other than this it would make a stay perfect.
