We enjoyed staying at the luxury four bedroom during our four day golf trip in Melbourne.

very spacious. loved the back sunroom area. very clean and simple instructions on what’s expected of the guests.

needs to have newer towels and would probably replace the two twin beds with a queen sized bed.

Exceptional

The transaction was quick. The property was perfect and affordable. Everything went without incidents. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The property was very close to all the areas we wanted to visit.

Lot of space and very relaxed.

Great house with lot of space. 4 bedrooms and bathroom, living and a fully equipped kitchen. Close to Melbourne center and Florida Tech university.

Exceptional and even better than described.

Where do I begin. The house is exceptionally cared for and has even more amenities than is in the description. We stayed there for 3 nights as a group of 8 adults and a toddler, everything we could possibly need was already prepared and ready. It was even a very pleasant surprise to find all the outlets baby-proofed and there was even a nice toy-chest full of baby toys and books that we didn’t even know we needed and made the trip extra fun for our baby. The house was spotless when we received it, and smelled of fresh lemons. The kitchen is very neatly stacked with everything from cutlery to a decently stacked coffee pantry. The owner, Mr. Hussain is very patient and has been receptive of my messages long before our stay and answered all my questions promptly and courteously. Thank you Mr. Hussain, we will be coming again!

not applicable it was self catering Facilities were good Cleanliness was not excellent because we found several bits of rubbish when we moved the sofa in the first room Overall was a good stay

It was fine for our stay but clearly a rental property and did not feel "cared for" but excellent for a party of people staying for facilities it offered in beds etc.

Great place to stay before a cruise out of Port Canaveral

Great location, comfortable beds, 2 living rooms to watch TV, lots of beds that were all comfortable

The beds squeak in the bunk bed and twin bed rooms.

The house was great, very roomy and well furnished. I especially loved how many tvs there were! It was a perfect house for traveling families with young kids or babies. The location was perfect, quiet and residential but quickly accessible to main roads and shopping. The host was very quick to respond any time I had a question or comment, so that was very much appreciated!

My only suggestion would be to give more attention to cleaning in between guest stays and also for those of us that have allergies, there were a lot of air fresheners and fragrances in the home. Maybe use less.

Perfect house for our needs.

In a resident area, but suited our purpose just fine. Host was very accomadating.

Only thing is maybe put tissues in each bathroom and more wash clothes. We were pleased with our stay.
