Great location, near Namba station. Staff wa super helpful. They helped us with booking taxi for our early morning flights as well. There’s a Lawson near the lobby entrance and nearby malls.

Go a 3 bed and a double connecting room, all 3 rooms are not as spacious as what we thought. But overall, worth the price.

Location was excellent, although it's a short walk from the station, it is located in the Namba parks shopping area. A lot quieter than other areas. There's a convenience store right on the corner and even a Kura sushi restaurant. Bed was very comfortable. Room was extremely large and spacious. The washing machine in the room was very handy- we didn't have to wait for others using the communal ones. Breakfast wasn't huge, but there are definitely enough choices of both local and western-style dishes.

Not much storage for clothing considering how large to rooms were. More hanging space and cupboards would be useful. Dryer part of machine didn't seem to work well, but clothes dried quickly hanging in the room. Like that you can select eco clean for the room and only have the towels replaced during your stay.

The hotel is about 10-20min walk from the various Namba stations. There are 6 Namba stations. We used Namba Nankai for the airport which was about 15min walk. Very convenient location for shopping, Namba station has Takashimaya, Uniqlo etc and Dotonburi is a short walk away. We had the family room for 4 adults. It included a washing machine/dryer and a basic kitchenette. Only 4 plates/bowls/cutlery. 3 pots&pans. Can do very simple meal only. We only used the microwave/grill. Bonus was a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and free capsules which was brilliant. Had USB power points next to beds and on dining table. Shower/bathroom was good. Towels were changed everyday. Bed were made every day but sheets only changed every 3 days. The hotel

There is only 1 door bar to hang towels. No place to hang hand towels. There is only a clock room to hand jackets and keep shoes. No other cupboard in the room to hang or keep clothes. We had to keep all our clothes in our suitcases. Fortunately the room is big enough for us to keep 4 suitcases open at any 1 time.

Modern, check in/out with machine however staff are available to help you out. They didnt have any photos of the bathroom on here and we were worried, but when we checked in and saw our room, even though bedroom is small, the bathroom was very spacious and modern. They do speak english and also provide luggage transfer so make sure to ask! Overall very good stay for us.

난바역에서 가까워서 도보로 충분히 이동 가능하고, 당연히 난바역 인근이다 보니 오사카 주요 지점과 이동이 용이합니다. 그리고 은근히 주변에 식당들이 많아서 식사도 잘 해결했습니다. 체크인 체크아웃이 비대면 키오스크로 진행됩니다. 화장실이 다른 일본 숙소에 비해 넓고 쾌적합니다. 온수도 잘나오고 안에 목욕탕도 있어서 놀랐습니다. 방음이 매우 잘되고 침구도 안락해서 매우 잘 쉬었습니다.

The room maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay, with the dedicated staff ensuring daily cleaning. The hotel's strategic location is within walking distance to the primary train station connecting to the airport, as well as convenient proximity to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori.

The sole aspect that did not meet my expectations pertained to our inability to open our suitcase on the floor. However, it is important to note that this did not significantly impact our overall experience at Hotel Keihan, as we recognise and appreciate the cultural nuances of Japan.

Close to train station, Lawson, Ikara (small supermarket)and shopping centres. Within walking distance to many food options and dotombori. Connected to Namba Parks. We had a washer/dryer in room, so very handy.

It would be handy to have dish washing liquid and cloth for cleaning the plates/bowls in kitchenette.

せっかくトイレとお風呂が分かれているのに お風呂の扉が全面ガラス張りでなくて良い。 トイレの電気のスイッチが悪い。左開きのドアの左側にスイッチがついていては使いにくい。

Amazing location, very near to Namba Station. The rooms are spacious with complete facilities. Very recommended to stay with family!

Location was great, close to the Namba Nankai station where you can hop onto the Kansai Airport Rapid Express train to get to the airport. Highly recommend this place for the last port of call if you want to go to Osaka. The family room we had came with a washing machine, so it was very helpful that we did not have to queue up for the coin laundry downstairs. The room was spacious and clean, and the children loved it. The hotel is also close to Shinsaibashi, and there was even a night market on the last night we were there!

The lobby was too hot. Please think about your staff and make it less warm. The toilets were not very clean and the lifts were always crowded.
