Amazing place and the staff cannot do enough for you. Polite and attentive, asked about our day and plans - spoke exceptional English. Прекрасный тихий уютный отель с супер приветливым и внимательным персоналом. Атмосфера царящая на всей территории отеля располагает к максимальному расслаблению и наслаждению отдыхом. Вечером тишина и спокойствие (учитывая что район Кута оживленный и шумный) во внутреннем дворике отеля и в номерах тихо и спокойно.
Соотношение цена/качество 150%. Удобное месторасположение, обменник с хорошим курсом и без обманов прям в пять метрах от отеля, отличная кухня, вкусные завтраки, чистый бассейн, классные коктейли на бассейне, лежаки очень удобные, и их всегда хватало. Полотенца на лежаки чистые и всегда в наличии. Отдельное внимание постели-это просто воздушное облако. Спасли как младенцы. Постельное белье белоснежное, накрохмаленое до хруста,матрас удобный, подушки удобные. Душ удобный чистый , в номере абсолютно никаких посторонних запахов. Кондиционер отличный, тихий и мощный , охлаждал номер быстро. Никаких нареканий по номеру , абсолютно все удобно и функционально, не к чуму прикопаться.
И отдельная благодарность персоналу. Искренние заботливые ребята которые по настоящему заботятся о своих гостях, все время ненавяжчиво интересовались все ли нам нравится, желали хорошего дня и по просьбе всегда подсказывали и были очень полезны.
Прям перед входом в отель есть паркинг для гостей с камерами на паркинг и круглосуточной охраной. Можно спокойно оставлять арендованный байк, за ним будут все время присматривать. Есть отдельный ночной бар слева от входа в отель, очень удобно.
Бармен на бассейне подумал что мы уже ушли в номер и не вернемся, после завтрака и случайно убрал мой недопитый коктейль. Я переоделся и вернулся на бассейн, спросил где мой коктейль, бармен тут же сделал такой же новый, бесплатно и несколько раз извинялся. При въезде и выезде нам помогли с вещами подняли спустили , все с улыбкой и благодарностью. Заехали поздно ночью, в номере ждал комплимент в качестве перекуса и напитков.
Не понравились некоторые нечестные гости, хотели обмануть персонал, записали заказ в ресторане на наш номер, и даже подделали подпись по фамилии на чеке (Английскими буквами написали фамилию и закарлючку типа подписи, но у меня подпись совсем другая). При выезде официант принес чек, что мы должны доплатить за заказ, но мы сказали что не заказывали. Так как все что кушали и пили мы сразу оплачивали по чеку. Но персонал был вежлив и с пониманием отнеслись к этому, сгладив ситуацию не сделав из этого никакого конфликта. Посмотрели по камерам и времени заказа, думаю виновников обмана узнают, и остров Бали напомнит им за такой поступок.

I had stayed at the premises before it was revamped by new owner , it is now amazing, excellent Staff, Manager talks to customers to see how they can be better, the food is amazing, pool and rooms are excellent and position is perfect for making it your base.
It was a perfect holiday, I did speak to Ari the manager and the only 2 things I could think of was a clock in the pool bar just for residents to see what the time of day is , The other is a small table and 2 chairs outside the rooms to sit in rainy weather and just to reminise about the day. They are only 2 very minor items I still rate the Mahata a 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. The staff were extremely attentive, accomodating, and friendly. A special shout out the Hevi who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The staff were a stand out for us.
The hotel is in an excellent location. Everything was a short walk including beaches, shopping, and restaurants.
The pool beds fill up very quickly.

1. 직원 서비스: 직원들이 항상 호텔입구에서 웃으면서 반겨주고 말걸어주셔서 일반 호텔과는 다른 특별한 친절함을 느꼈다! 무슨 부탁이든 다 들어주시려 했고 실제로 많은 도움 받았다. 택시나 투어차에 타고 내릴 때마다 짐 싣고 내리는거 도와주시고 마지막날 체크아웃할 때는 호텔에서 가족사진도 찍어주셨다. 아빠가 어딘가에 부딪혀 다리를 심하게 긁히셨는데 임시방편으로 치료약도 발라주셨다.. so sweet
2. 식당: 사실 날마다 새벽출발하는 투어를 신청했기때문에 조식은 먹지 않았고, 저녁을 여기서 몇번 먹었는데 일반 레스토랑처럼 맛있게 잘 먹었다. 특히 피자는 1만원에 라지사이즈 먹을 수 있어서 극강 가성비! 그리고 며칠에 한번씩 저녁에 코스요리+어쿠스틱기타연주 이벤트를 여는데 예약하면 합리적인 가격에 먹을 수 있다.
3. 위치: 공항도 가까운편이고, 비치워크 쇼핑몰이나 음식점들 그리고 바다랑도 인접해서 어디든 쉽게 갈 수 있고 그랩도 잘 잡힌다.
4. 인테리어: 지은지 얼마되지 않아 방과 화장실 모두 깔끔+세련됐다. 그리고 밤에 2층에서 바라본 수영장뷰가 예쁘다.
5. 가격: 나는 호텔에서만 주구장창 놀게 아니었고, 바깥으로 구경을 나가는편이라 가격이 저렴하면서도 위치도 좋고 깔끔한 호텔을 찾는 편인데, 발리 물가가 비싼데도 불구하고 원하는 조건을 다 갖춘 합리적 가격의 호텔이었다
6. 시설: 호텔처럼 사우나, 짐 등이 있는 건 아니지만 수영장이 호텔 중앙에 위치하고 있고 수영장에서 음료나 칵테일 시켜먹을 수 있어서 좋다

I don't even know where to start, everything was just brilliant. Oh yes, the staff above all, everyone so helpful, kind and friendly! The hotel is well located close to everything important in the city, but is itself an oasis of calmness. The rooms are so pretty and comfortable! And the hotel courtyard with the pool are just fabulous. We loved the pool bar very much. And the hotel restaurant is just fantastic, we recommend especially the Wednesday's all you can eat grill nights. The hotel has also arranged airport and other transfer for a very good price.

Todo muy bien. Buena ubicación, habitación amplia y cómoda (incluyendo baño) y las instalaciones en general muy agradables y convenientes. Desayuno abundante y muy rico! El personal también fue espectacular, con mención especial a Febri y Agus, siempre muy dispuestos a ayudar con alegría.

First of all the staff were amazing and helpful at all times. They made our stay just perfect. It’s a beautiful location and the fact it’s not so crowded was also a bonus. The pool was spotless and temperature just right. Honestly I can not fault this property. The manager Ari is just fantastic and always welcomed us everyday and helped us with anything we needed. I will be back hear next time I’m in Bali as this is by far one of the best places I have stayed. Also the food is amazing here.

Wahnsinnig tolles Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern. Hier wurde von A bis Z mitgedacht: das Frühstück war das beste in unserem 4-wöchigen Indonesien Trip! Die Zimmer blitzsauber, es wurde sogar daran gedacht Ohrstöpsel ans Bett zu legen. Die beste Unterkunft in unserer gesamten Reise! Wirklich toll und absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Bei unserer Abreise haben wir sogar noch ein Sandwich mitbekommen, vielen Dank liebes Team!☺️

The Mahata was amazing! The food and drinks were delicious and the pool and rooms were fantastic. The staff at The Mahata are really what made our trip though! They were so friendly and welcoming and we loved getting to know them!
The only way I think The Mahata can improve is by adding milkshakes to their menu. Everything else is perfect.

Ashtrays around the pool were not emptied unless I asked staff to do so .
Restaurant staff could pay more attention to guests , ie it took a while to catch someone’s attention to ask for the bill or order food .

This is a brand new and very clean hotel that was completely rebuilt/renovated just in March 2023. Staff were exceedingly courteous, helpful, and attentive to all my needs. They seemed to go out of their way to do the best job possible on check-in, check-out, answering any questions. The place felt fresh and bright, like a little oasis as I came in from the busy street. Its location, which was one reason I chose to stay there, is perfect if you are arriving from the airport or you are about to take a flight the next day. But, they are definitely worth a longer stay than the 1 night I spent there. I will return on my next trip to Bali. I also liked the relatively large fridge in the room, as compared to the typical, tiny bar fridges in other places.

everything was sparkly clean, the beds are very comfortable and you have all the facilities you can imagine. The staff is so kind and nice and will try to fulfill your every request in the best way possible. we had a very nice breakfast included in our stay but we also choose the restaurant for dinner on a couple of times and it was delicious. The beach is just 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

The staff are exceptional. The hotel is quaint and clean. Best location close to Garlic Lain, short walk to beach and short walk to Kuta. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful
The pool was not always available to swim in and forever doing maintain and cleaning of it so they would close the pool all day. My friends room smelt like sewage. They never did anything about it. Was very disappointing.
