Nice place , close to everything however the neighborhood was sketchy at best .

We enjoyed our stay. The host has everything for a comfortable short stay. The matresses were super comfy. We all had a good sleep after long trip. I would recommend this host.

We absolutely enjoyed our time together in Deerfield Beach. Everything was just like home. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the backyard. I would definitely visit this property again. The girls and I had a wonderful time!!

We have rented several VRBO’s over the last few years as we move our child back and forth from college at FAU. This property was very comfortable. It was brightly lit and very clean. Newly renovated. The host was quickly attentive to any minor problems that arose (initial access code didn’t work, which we were provided a new one immediately and we discovered the hot tub needed a little water, which was an easy fix). It was a very pleasant stay. We did not realize it was part of a 2 family home, but that was a non-issue as we didn’t have anyone staying in the unit next to us. The outdoor landscaping could use some attention but overall, we were there for a comfortable place to stay and this exceeded our expectations.

Property is well maintained and well managed.
Just a few minor inconveniences that may assist the next visitor includes the lighting/remote set up in the bedrooms. Back room near rear exit doesn't seem to be hooked up yet. And the small envelope remote holders fall off the wall. I had to put a remote back together, and then whenever the remote was used, it activated both ceiling fans and their respective lights. Probably reset to factory settings. The other issue is that there is only one bathroom. Not ideal for 6 people. The house came with almost everything you needed, but things that could have helped would have been a frying pan, a pot with a level bottom.
Back yard was great despite no pool. Laundry was convenient and great to have, especially with a travelling baseball player.

The property is in an excellent location- close to the beach and highway. Great food options within 5-10 minutes. Our host was fantastic with local dinner recommendations, allowing us to take chairs and towels to the beach, and super fast responses to our questions. The property was newly renovated and extremely clean. It looked like landscape improvements were in the process of being made, but the 3 large beds were comfy and clean and that’s all that mattered to us!

This place was amazing! It is a newly remodeled home and they did an excellent job. Everything was new and it felt like we were the first guest, although I don’t think we were. It has a beautiful backyard with wonderful landscaping, lighting and seating. They also have a grill for use as well. Some small but very nice things that were provided were storage bags, coffee, utensils to use on the beach and beach towels. The reason for the 4 stars on the location was at first the neighborhood looked a little sketchy however we had no problems at all. It is very close to the beach and any kind of shopping that you need. I highly recommend this place if you are planning on staying in
Deerfield Beach. We will definitely be back.
