This property is close to McArthur Island, the Airport, brock shopping center, Restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores and so much more. Access to backyard with a mini oasis and hot tub.*Please note the hot tub is a 2-3 person capacity* The property is the top floor of a half duplex. We are in a quiet and respectable neighborhood; therefore, no parties. Quiet times between 10 pm and 7am are very necessary. Please be respectful at all times. The backyard is accessible by the front door only and the walkway is shared by the downstairs tenants. The hot tub is in the backyard where the downstairs tenants live but is semi private and reserved for Airbnb guests only. You may cross paths with our tenants - if so please say hi! :) Please do not leave pets unattended in the backyard. Hot tub hours are also between 8am and 10pm. We value our relationship with our neighbours and downstairs tenants - please be respectful!
