The Space: Wilderness View is located in Mooloolah Valley, nearby Banana Bender Pub, Ewen Maddock Dam, and 24-26 minutes to Caloundra beaches. A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment. Other Things to Note: - No smoking on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We have 3 miniature goats, chickens, and wild ducks - We have a wolfhound dog in the fenced yard around the main house - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Make sure to close the windows and doors, turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers) Safety guidelines - Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission - Please be advised that we have free-roaming animals or livestock (and noise) on our property Important note: - Don’t wear open-toed shoes during snake season or when walking outdoors - Given the rural setting, children are welcome under CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more.
