Air Con: The air conditioner in the lounge room is not functioning and has not been for many years. To ensure you can stay nice and cool in summer and warm in winter we have installed a large & powerful air conditioner in the front sunroom, it has the capacity to heat or cool both rooms and works perfectly. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved.
