Все супер! Отличное расположение. Тихий сад. Уютные бунгало на едине с природой. Отличный хозяин! Хозаин реально крутой человек. Помог мне со всеми вопросами, угощал и мы вместе смотрели бокс. У него прекрасная семья и прекрасный отель. Желаю ему успехов и крепкого здоровья! Побольше бы таких людей!
Минусов нет, но есть один момент: отсюда нельзя добраться до другой части острова пешком, только на лодке. Это не совсем минус, но для меня было сюрпризом. Имейте в виду, прежде чем оставаться в этом районе. Но хозяин всегда подскажет и поможет забронировать транспорт.

Il proprietario era gentile e premuroso, anche i volontari molto disponibili!
La sera ci sono grigliate di pesce, con una bella atmosfera.
Il ristorante è economico e molto buono.
Abbiamo prenotato delle escursione direttamente lì e ci sono piaciute molto!
Consigliatissimo!
La camera non era molto ben pulita.
Non si deve essere schizzinosi perché è facile trovare insetti in camera...

Ce fut notre meilleure expérience au Cambodge : bungalow sur le sable, resto vue mer, lieu calme et chaleureux. Le personnel est juste exceptionnel, accueillant, gentils, aux petits soins. Ils organisent des bbq le soir avec des poissons frais, l’ambiance au bord du feu est top. Et cerise sur le gâteau : les enfants de la famille sont adorables et jouent facilement. Ce fut des moments très riches
Après attention les logements sont en bungalow donc ne vous attendez pas à un confort de fou

Lovely bungalows, great setting in a beautiful garden. And yet right on the beach front. Very relaxing place, where I could have spent easily another week. The owner So Pheak is very nice and so helpful, would do anything for you! And the food was cheap and delicious.

Tout était formidable. Nous avons réservé par hasard et sommes tombés sur ce lieu chaleureux et vivant. L'équipe est super, Sok Pair (je ne sais pas écrire son prénom) est une personne d'une gentillesse infinie. Toujours souriant, travailleur, il trouve des solutions à tout. Sa famille est adorable. Marco fait vivre le lieu à sa manière, drôle et rigoureux à la fois, il envoûte, aidé de ses brillantes playlist- dont personne ne connaît le secret- la plage. On peut, certains soirs, manger un poisson grillé sur le barbecue en écoutant du Lou Reed, de quoi rendre heureux. Nous sommes restés dans trois logements différents, et notre préféré a été le bungalow privatif avec une terrasse. Les moustiquaires font bien le travail.
P.s : si le propriétaire vous dit qu'il n'a jamais joué aux échecs, ne le croyez pas !
Il faut le savoir avant de se rendre à Koh Rong, mais les moustiques sont présents. N'oubliez pas la lotion anti-moustiques, surtout en journée !

Absolument tout.
L’emplacement, quelques pas séparent le bungalow du sable et de la baignade.
L’équipe du staff est tout simplement adorable. N’hésitez pas à poser des questions sur l’île au gérant. Le soir profitez du poisson grillé au feu de bois et de la super musique diffusée au bar. C’est un endroit avec une âme. (Prévoyez un bon anti moustique mais ça c’est valable pour toute l’île)
Que ça ne dure pas plus longtemps. (On a prolongé d’ailleurs)

Le bungalow familial était certe rustique mais il y avait tout le nécessaire dedans.
Le proprio qui vit avec sa petite famille sur place est adorable, au petit soin pour ses clients.
Juste à côté de travaux, donc le bruit et la vue sur les travaux c'est pas top..
Aussi le bruit des animaux/insectes pendant la nuit nous à empêché de dormir...

On arrival one of towels had blood marks on it and it would have been nice to at least have bins emptied when you stay a few days.

MPai bay is an amazing place and when I arrived at Sok Mean it was exactly the vibe I was looking for. A simple wooden bungalow with balcony and hammock and private bathroom from where I could practically step onto the beach. They have just opened a restaurant too which was very cheap and at night they did bbq and had acoustic music too some nights. Supe and Marco are fabulous hosts. Arranging trips in the daytime and creating a laid back vibe. I booked fkr 2 nights and stayed for 10!

Supermysigt boende precis vid stranden. De som jobbade där var jättesnälla och otroligt hjälpsamma!
Väldigt mycket mygg i bungalowen, till och med på dagen. Var svårt att få bort de från insidan av myggnätet.

We’ve had a really good stay at Sok Mean Bunaglows. Originally we booked for 2 nights but extended two extra nights. The owner So Pheak is really helpful and friendly. He’s doing his absolute best to make you feel comfortable and is still very busy to make his guesthouse a nice and cosy place. So does his compagnon (volunteer) Marco! We’ve spend some nice evenings together.
You also get two extra big towels you can use for the beach:)
Also the food we highly recommend. Especially the Amok Curry, also available with just veggies for the vegetarian people:) the bungalow we stayed in was just enough for the price you pay. A good musqito net is all you need on the island after all. Most of the days you’ll spend on the beach anyway!

Sok is very kind and helpful. The bungalow is very clean and comfortable with a mosquitoe net and hammock on the balcony. Location is steps from the ocean, restaurants and shops. Can't wait to return! Akon Sok!

De gastheer is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam, hij had zelfs een strand BBQ georganiseerd voor zijn gasten, het was super leuk en een goede manier om de rest van de gasten te leren kennen
Ze zijn op de moment nog bezig met renoveren. Nog een paar weekjes en ze zijn klaar.
Ook waren er heel veel muggen, er is een muggennet voorzien, maar dit is gewoon een mijn probleempje 🤷🏻♀️

The Host (Sok) is super nice and does everything to make your stay unique!
It's right on a small beach and just a short walk away from a bigger and beautiful beach with no people on it. Also there are many nice restaurants around, we recommend spicey!
The people of this village are so nice and welcoming, it's really great.
Sok has free kayaks and snorkels for guests... and sometimes even a fee beers ;)

Location was good.
No WiFi like advertised. I booked especially cause they said they had WiFi.
Everything old. Bedding and curtains.
The water from water refill gave me the runs. I think the filter is old or not working and they just filter the tap water. Do not drink the water.
The owner wasn’t there so I didn’t have interaction with him. All the reviews seems good but I found it a bit overpriced for what you get.

The owner Sok is great, so friendly, helpful and has the best smile. He was extremely welcoming to us! The property is also in a great location near to everything and M’Pai Bay is really great. He had kayaks for us to use as well as great snorkels. He even lent us some beach blankets.
There is some construction happening next to the bungalows and the end bungalow we stayed in is next to a massive pile of rubble. Also our bungalow seemed to be the only one over a pool of stagnant water, I’m not sure whether that impacted the mosquitoes though, they were bad all the same because of the island in general. Regardless as long as you manage your expectations of this I would still 100% recommend that you stay here. Sok truly made our stay brilliant!

Simple bungalows just 50 meters from the beach surrounded by banana and mango trees. Lovely and peaceful place.
Bungalows are quite simple with en suite bathroom.
Sok is great host, ready to help with anything, always inviting you to every event in the village. You can easily borrow kayak and snorkels from him for a good price.
After the check out we could left our stuff in other bungalow while we were waiting for the boat.
The roof was leaking during the storm.

Lovely bungalow in a nice little garden area with a small stream. Great location right on the beach front and close to bars and restaurants. Very comfortable bed with mosquito nets provided. Sok was super friendly and helpful, would highly recommend staying here😊

good price for what it is, mr sok is a legend and will have a beer (beers ) with you every night, such a lovely guy.

lot of mosquitoes around so don’t stay if you don’t like them as people moan on reviews as if it’s the hotels fault. you get a good net for your bed so it’s absolutely fine at night

I recommend pizza 9 ( just behind ) unbelievable food and desserts and drinks.

Everything, the location a few steps from the beach. The large fruit garden. The showers were pretty much brand new and the owner and family that own it exceeded the hospitality services.

Excellent location close to the beach. Lots of help and info given by the owner. Lovely balcony with hammock. Comfortable beds. Very good WiFi. Tea making facilities available if required. Brand new kayaks, snorkels and masks to rent.

Great spacious bungalow at a very low price. The owner is extremly nice and helped us with all our problems. We had some great days (and nights) with locals, expats and tourists at beautiful mpay bay. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Wifi excellent.

Initially booked 3 nights and then extended to 6 nights as we loved the place. Only been open a few weeks so still bits and pieces going on but progressing well. The owner is very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Spacious bungalow and comfortable bed. Everything you need is on the doorstep.
Bring plenty of insect repellent/killer as the whole island (as you would expect) has a high mosquito population.

Spacious bungalows, almost beachfront. Big bed, mosquito net, fan, large verandah. The owner was very friendly. Had only recently taken over the business and was keen to make our stay comfortable.
Bathroom very basic, needed some work on basin tap, but clean.

You will stay with the nicest man in the village. The property is right by the beach. Cheapest rooms with private bathroom facilities. Prices are very reasonable compared to other parts of the island. Check of the little spice up towards the cliff for excellent food at a tiny price.
