About this house rental
Incredible Home w/ loads of space to spread out. Features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, grand entrance, private office w/ double doors, formal dining room, enormous kitchen flowing into spacious living area w/ windows looking out across pool/spa and patio/garden area. Ping Pong and Cornhole set up in the garage. Spa heated between 645-10pm every night. Upstairs features a spacious game-room area with 2 bunks w/ 4 twin beds, Full lux bathroom, foosball table, game table, couch/loveseat and 65" Smart TV. Separate Room upstairs set up with XBOX ONE gaming system & games, chairs. Yet another Room set up as a YOGA Studio with Mirrors, fan, TV w/ Yoga DVD's and Yoga Mats. We are right across the street from a gorgeous park with walking trails & lake. Just 2 blocks away from a grocery w/ Starbucks and less than 1 mile from the local YMCA where you can get in a workout if you wish. Dozens of Restaurants in our area to try and very convenient to I30 for access to downtown or other areas of Dallas. Come and stay a while! Youll be glad you did

Stayed here for a bachelorette trip and had an amazing time! Ryan and Roxy did a great job with the property and were SUPER responsive when we had any questions. The house was very clean and they had everything we needed! The only thing I’d suggest is making sure you have warm comfy clothes if it’s cold out bc of the size of the house, some of the rooms don’t get a lot of heat. But it wasn’t uncomfortable. Just something to keep in mind :) 10/10 recommend!

This is the PERFECT home for family time—games and activities for all ages and a wonderful kitchen to prepare those family favorites. The most COMFORTABLE beds ever made for a perfect night's rest after a busy day. The location is close to everything you will need.

This property did not disappoint. The location is perfect to everything. Location in neighborhood is perfect as well. Very spacious. All rooms have more than adequate room. All the beds were very comfortable. We did not get to utilize the pool or hot tub but seemed very well maintained. Definitely 10 out of 10

This beautiful home was exactly as advertised. We had family in for a wedding and the accommodations were superb. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were great and were able to lengthen our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

We visited Dallas for a family wedding. We had great communication with Ryan and Roxy before, during, and after our stay. The property was perfect for our family and the location was in great proximity for all of our events. The weather did not cooperate as much as we would have liked but we did get to use the pool one day and we took advantage of the walking trails right across the street each morning. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of room for us to spread out and gather to spend time together. I highly recommend this property:)

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan & Roxy's property. We came to town for our son's wedding at The White Sparrow Barn, Quinlan, TX. The home was very clean, and looked exactly like the listing noted. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the game room. The open gathering area on the main floor was also great for our group! Ryan went above and beyond, he even helped with recommendations for where to host the rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding, which also turned out great. Very quick and responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend this property and these hosts!

This house was wonderful! Plenty of space to spread out, a quick 30 minute drive into downtown Dallas. The house was very clean and the game room was a hit. The owner was super responsive if we needed anything! Would highly recommend this house!

Comfortable and clean home with a beautiful backyard and pool with a view of the lake. Rockwall is a cute town with lots of restaurants. My 4 sisters and I stayed here and we enjoyed the pool immensely. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and they were even nice enough to give us a late check out since no one was checking in that day. If you are looking for a place to relax and be with family, this is it.

This house was beautiful. The pool and backyard was so relaxing and even tranquil early morning or late night. The property was clean and well manicured. We had a party of 12 girls and we all fit very comfortably! The home owners were great to work with and communicated quickly. This property’s pics do not do it justice!!! We had an amazing weekend here- thank you to the Martins!

The house location was good. Only problem was the cleanliness of the house. There were ants in the kitchen and master bath. These things can easily be resolved.

* could have used 1 more full bath downstairs - there was a beautiful en suite bathroom for the master bedroom, a full bath upstairs for the game room/bunk beds, a half bath by kitchen, but then the other 3 bedrooms had to share a full bath. It was workable, but not preferable.
Overall, it was a fabulous trip. We plan to return. It gave us a wonderful opportunity to spend time with each other and lots of room to do it.
Definitely recommend!

The house was large and perfect for our family stay and wedding. We were very pleasantly surprised that we could see the 4th of July fireworks display from the backyard deck. Great amenities…kitchen fully stocked, pool and spa, play room with games and toys for all ages, large great room area for our family to gather, beautiful view and walking path at the small lake directly across the street and a full service grocery store 1/3 of a mile away.

Was my first time doing somethings like this and the host was very patient with my constant back and forth and questions. Perfect cozy home for just two or a whole family. We didnt want to leave!
Only thing we didnt like much was how the cleaning lady popped up out of nowhere. But other than that, perfect stay!

My famil gathered from Houston, Kansas City,Tulsa and North Carolina to celebrate my moms life. The house was perfect! Communication with the host prior to our arrival as well as during our stay was great. We enjoyed the poll all the days we were there. I would definitely rent again!

We stayed with our grown kids and grandchildren for a family wedding in the area. It was the perfect spot. Lots of rooms, well appointed and the pool area is a little oasis. Great place, highly recommend.

Ryan hosts a great property for any getaway need. The house was very clean with plenty of space and they even had box fans in every room for the Texas heat. Ryan was super responsive with any needs.

Such a beautiful home and you can tell they have taken the time to anticipate your every need! The house was spotless and there were extra blankets and towels. All the appliance were newer. It was in a great location in a beautiful neighborhood.

Went to Dallas on a couples trip and this house was perfect! Super clean and so much space and entertainment we really could have stayed in the house the whole time. Communication with the owner was great and we were unbothered the whole trip. The location is about 40 min from central Dallas but we were aware of this when we booked. The neighborhood was super nice and there's a beautiful lake nearby that you can actually see from the back yard. The only con we had was the hot tub is only open/on from 7pm-10pm but we reached out to the owner and he was able to turn it on for us outside of those hours which was perfect!

Unfortunately in town for a brief time for my dad's funeral. We loved the accommodations, all was as described in the post. My family especially enjoyed the various recreational things available (ping pong, foosball, etc). The owner was very communicative and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again!
