Nestled in North Eleuthera, this attractive villa for £502 per night is a great option for your next trip. This spacious and luxurious 3200-square-foot villa features an abundance of glass to capitalize on the breathtaking views. 50-mile, 180-degree beach and ocean views spread out in front of you from every major room. The house has three master bedroom suites with king beds and ocean views, and one guest bedroom suite with a queen bed. Every bedroom has total privacy, with luxurious en-suite baths and well separated entrances. The spectacular great room, with 20-foot ceilings and a wall of tall glass Nana doors, opens onto a patio looking out over the beach and ocean. The elegant dining room shares these views, as does the modern gourmet kitchen. The house features a complete wet bar overlooking the great room, and an office area with desk, WIFI and landline phone. Travertine marble floors, Hansgrohe & Duravit Fixtures, and custom furnishings help complete the experience of luxury at this exceptional house. Other amenities in this villa include a full laundry room with washer and dryer and iron board, air conditioning, smart TV, pack n play, and acres of closet space. A charcoal grill is provided. New Starlink system provides incredibly fast internet speeds and connection. The beach is just 50 yards from the house, although the walk to the beach takes a minute because there is a drop off to circumvent. The mile-long, pristine, pink-sand beach which this house overlooks is usually deserted. The beach is perfect for swimming, with crystal-clear water and a smooth sandy bottom. The surf is moderate at this location, because a large barrier reef protects the beach. There are beach chairs on the beach. This villa is located in Sky Beach Club. It comes with full access to the Sky Beach Club facilities and amenities. Sky Beach Club is a small club with accommodations for a maximum of 46 guests, so it will never be crowded or busy. It has an excellent fine-dining restaurant, Pascal's, and a spectacular beachside infinity-edge pool with poolside service all day long--lunch, dinner, drinks--and a swim-up cocktail bar. Sky Beach Club is not a full service resort. Front desk, gym, spa, room service are not available. Please note that the driveways in Sky Beach Club are all unpaved, so consider renting an SUV or Jeep-type vehicle, so you don’t have to worry about bumpy roads. GOVERNORS HARBOUR: The town of Governors Harbour, five minutes away by car, has a charming collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking its historic harbor. Buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock, or visit the recently restored Haynes Library, which dates from 1897, for the weekly coffee hour for foreign residents and tourists. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. Friday Night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour, a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, is not to be missed. ELEUTHERA: Eleuthera is famous for its 100 miles of spectacular, deserted beaches. The island, home to just 8000 residents, is famous for being safe. The snorkeling, diving, and fishing on the island are world class. Boating, surfing, and other water sports are also popular. You can rent power boats, sailboats, sea kayaks, bikes. You can have a charter captain take you out for excursions of various types. There is excellent sightseeing as well. Eleuthera has vast caves, cliffs, a bottomless ocean hole, many unique beaches, historic churches and 19th century homes, and small villages to explore. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home had three very nice bedrooms. Very quiet, clean property that has some maintenance issues. Oven does not close properly/ stove top has one burner out and markings on Dials have worn off. Very little cook ware so it is hard to fix a good meal. Electric went out often/ home needs a generator. Road to home is in bad condition and I recommend an SUV as most taxi drivers will not drive down road. Furniture in home needs replacing. Very noisy and echoing thru out the home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and adjoining beach were lovely and private. Recommend having a car or access to a driver as the location is isolated. If u desire a quiet, private location, this is your place. Not much to do off season. I did encounter itchy bumps from what we suspect were beach fleas. Get the spray to repel them ahead of time. Lastly, Eleuthera folks were nice to us. The house is beautiful and nice, has no pool, but ur close to the beach

The location was centrally located. View amazing. Very private. Great pool and bar/restaurant on property. Beach in walking distance. House was very clean and had all modern amenities. Property manager had his wife were able to assist with any questions/problems. Highly recommend!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ruptured a gas tank on the bottom of rental car on the private resort road. The entire road had pot holes that rub the bottom of the car for several hundred yards. Damages to the car are estimated to around 1500.00. after this experience the rental car companies I would expect will not rent a car if your staving at this property. Extremely funded property. One could only assume it's part of a bankruptcy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect paradise! Waking up and ending the day with a view of that beach and a short 3-5 minute walk to the water was pure joy. The house we stayed at was a split level house for 10 people. Every inch of that house was beautifully done. CC was amazing with taking care of us and giving us all sorts of tips for the island. The only inconvenience was you had to drive everywhere which I guess that’s just Eleuthera so be prepared to either bring some basic groceries with you or drive to town to get supplies.

The house was INCREDIBLE! Each bedroom was clean and comfortable with a private bath. The communal spaces were spacious and great for gathering. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed. Great property and I can't wait to come back!

The villa had everything you would want for a relaxing vacation and was very close to Governor's Harbor. Sammy, the owner of Sammy's Pool Bar was very informative about anything Eleuthera, and he mixed some fantastic drinks at the swim-up pool bar! The view of the ocean from the edge of the pool is what you see in the pictures! We had a great time meeting CC as well. She met us at the villa and was very helpful at every turn. Would certainly return! It doesn't disappoint. Highly recommend staying here. The driveway into the property needed a little smoothing out, and we heard from CC that might be on the short to-do list.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation at Cocoa Villa in Sky Beach Club was better than perfect. We enjoyed a lovely home with plenty of privacy for everyone. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the description was 100% accurate. The morning sunrise from the living room, front deck or bedroom was the perfect way to start our day. Our host, CC was always available and just a pleasure to talk to. At the Sky Beach Club we could swim, order cocktails, dine or just sit on the beach. Chef Pascal is an 5-star chef. We hired him for a private dinner and were so impressed with the various dishes he prepared for us. Each dish was better than the next and the presentation was over the top. I highly recommend Coco Villa, Sky Beach Club and Pascal. It is the perfect location to sit back and relax or explore the Island like we did. We will be back.
