Come enjoy this brand new large (1,833 sq ft) townhouse located in the new community of Heritage Pointe. It is centrally located to many excursions. You will want to enjoy all the local favorites in George such as Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, Tuacahn Amphitheatre and so much more. Features: -3 bedrooms -2.5 bath (master bath with walk in shower & dual shower heads) -Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices etc. -Gas BBQ -Large capacity washer/dryer in unit -Free Internet -Smart TV's (for personal account streaming) -Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers are also supplied. Across the street is Sand Hollow Aquatic Center which includes a diving pool, a rock climbing wall, a zero depth entry leisure pool featuring a water slide and lots of interactive water toys for kids. They have reasonable day passes you can purchase at resident rates. Our place is... -Walking distance to a delicious Mexican restaurant, Domino’s pizza, a coffee shop and convenience stores -1 minute drive or walking distance to a skate park, BMX bike park and Snake Hollow bike park -2 minute drive to grocery stores and many restaurants including Pizza Factory and Bear Paw Café -2 min drive to city park with sand volleyball courts, and Snow Canyon high school Less than 10 minute drive to beautiful ATV trails -11 minute drive to Snow canyon state park - 12 minute drive to Tuachan - 20 minute drive to Gunlock Falls Our family has really enjoyed our townhome and would love to share it with you!

Great property. It was clean, in great shape and a good location. We had a great time and a great place to stay.

We were in Southern Utah for a soccer tournament and brought grandma with us! This place was perfect for all of us. It was brand new and very clean. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. At first we thought Santa Clara would be to far away, but it was super easy to get to my daughter’s games from here. The only problem is that it is too nice and will always be booked when we want to stay here again.

We loved the townhome. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It has everything we wanted including a great location! The hosts were responsive to questions and very helpful. My only reservation is that the front door is see through but it’s the same as all the doors on the property.

We enjoyed the property and all of the thoughtful inclusions, such as laundry detergent. The location was perfect— an hour from Zion, and lots of local shops and restaurants. We loved the fact that our kids could each have their own room— helped keep our stay peaceful. :) We’d love to come back again.

This house was awesome. It had all the amenities. We particularly liked the proximity to the snake hollow bike park and local trailheads. We also loved the passes to the swim rec center and e-bikes. The hosts were easy and kind to communicate with. We will be back!
