We stayed here to have a better place to relax while in town. Better yhan staying in a hotel and can make your own meals. Normal pricing for food in this neighborhood not like the 3x you pay for stuff on the strip.

A friend and I attended the AWFS shows for years, we have stayed at the hotels/casinos a few times but prefer using VRBO for a place. This time it was a house. It was very clean, and well maintained. It was very comfortable and quiet, felt right at home.

For the price that we paid and what we got in the end, it was a very good value. It had all the room that we needed (5 adults), and all the amenities one might need (although we only used the fridge and the microwave, it has a full kitchen, popcorn machine and outdoor grill). Angie was very responsive and helpful, and we would gladly stay at this location again if the opportunity arises.

Great place to stay on western side of Las Vegas. House clean and appeared as billed in listing. Great location for access to red rocks, mountain biking trails, and downtown.

The property was great and the owner was very responsive to my inquires. Will be looking to come back to this property in the future.

My sister and I took our teenagers to Taylor Swift over the weekend and stayed here. We wanted to stay away from downtown, but still be close enough to the stadium. This home was perfect! From the moment we walked in we could tell we would feel at home. Everything was clean and cozy. Angie was excellent with communicating and very responsive. It seemed everywhere we wanted to go was easy to get to from this location. We had a wonderful weekend and would definitely recommend this rental! Thanks Angie!
