Washer and dryer in unit. - Pool can be heated, however, it is not automatically heated 24/7. There is a remote control available and can heat the pool up as you wish with NO EXTRA CHARGE. It has to be requested if you would like the pool to be preheated and ready to use prior to your arrival. One of the best parts about staying in Apollo Beach is the central location between some of the area’s best places to visit. Downtown Tampa is a quick 35 minutes away where you might catch a concert, watch one of the professional sporting teams behind the city’s nickname “Champa Bay,” or visit the popular market at Armature Works with tons of food vendors, drink options, and outdoor space to enjoy. On beach days, you get to choose from some of the best. St. Pete Beach and Anna Maria Island are each about an hour away.
