No other animals are allowed without specific Host approval (Strictly enforced, exterior video in use). This rental is located on floor 2. There is free parking for 2 vehicles. There is parking for two vehicles (one in front of garage #25 and one in the overflow parking lot directly in front of the highway). No garage parking available. Specific to the space: - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and shall not engage in illegal activity. - No smoking of any kind (including vaping) is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

This property is exactly as described. The unit is spacious and serene, with an incredibke view of Flathead Lake. I had an issue with getting into the unit and received an immediate response, and solution, from the owner. The issue was solved so quickly that I was not inconvenienced in any way. Excellent rental.

Great place! Top unit had amazing views. Very clean and spacious! Location was outstanding, and even though the lake was low we were able to launch our watercraft nearby and pull them up to shore. Tony was great!

Perfect location right on the water with an amazing view! Spacious condo with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Loved that we had a washer and dryer to use. The host was very prompt with communication!

Nice place in town. Close to everything. To get down to the water though you need to go to the park. We didn't find direct access from the condo to the lake. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets.

Very nice condo right on the lake. Very clean and great location. Grocery store and Starbucks are right across the street. Highly recommend this place. The property managers, Tony and Amber, are fantastic.
