The restaurant has great service and the food is delicious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near many stores, restaurants and the stadium.
The security lock on our door was broken and unable to lock. We rented our room for 4 adults and were provided only 3 towels.

The people at the front office were nice and friendly,
The room felt overpriced for what it was, super small, with no lamps, no chairs, and no place to put luggage. Also, the state "breakfast" is included but good luck if more than 1 person is staying, they give you a voucher for 1 and 1 only

I like that it's location is in the center of Mexicali
I didn't like the fact that out room did not have anywhere to hang our clothes. It didn't have a phone. Wifi was very spotty. I paid online for a standard double room and we were placed in a standard single. Very tiny room

No me gustó la habitación en general, mucho ruido, no se sienten privacidad. La iluminación es fea porque esta conectado con el ventilador y si quieres tener prendido el ventilador también queda prendida la luz. Y no hay lugar donde poner tu ropa.

La ubicación es excelente, el trato del personal es muy bueno, la limpieza tambien es genial. La relación precio-calidad cumple las expectativas. Hace 16 años me toco estar hospedada en el hotel, y ahora que regreso, aunque por fuera su aparencia no cambia, pero aclaro que se ve perfecto, con su mantenimiento respectivo, las habitaciones remodeladas dan confort y espacio para su proposito. La siguiente vez, sin duda me quedo en el mismo hotel
La verdad no tengo de que quejarme, es un buen lugar para hospedarse, está ubicado en excelente lugar con comercios, restaurantes, bares y sobre todo el nido de las águilas bastante cerca y accesible. Totalmente recomendado.

Absolutely nothing ! we booked with booking looking at the pictures on the app it looked like a decent hotel. BOY HOW WRONG WE WERE!!! you’ve been warned! do not stay here
The room was filthy. FILTHY !!!! carpet was nasty the bathroom was disgusting. a new toilet seat costs about $20-25 dollars for what they charge they could buy a new one.

what I didn’t like about the property was that ; your stuff didn’t communicate that it was under construction 🚧 I came in a different from what it was advertised; other than that everything it was ok

Very cheap hotel at a very good location, the fact that breakfast is included is a big plus for this price. Low budget, no high expectations: this is a great option to stay in Mexicali.

The location is nice.
I had high expectations about the buffet next door (Chalet), but it was not memorable at all. I was fed, and I didn't get sick. I would not choose the restaurant, as my first option for breakfast. In addition, I received mixed/confusing information about breakfast price. My advice is to double check if breakfast is included, or if you are receiving a "coupon".
I stayed at a room that had some furniture covered with dust. I would recommend to pay more attention to cleanliness.
