Boat friendly parking at house. Two NC Wildlife public boat ramps. Two minute walk to amazing sunrise and sunset views at the waterway. The beach is a short drive over the bridge to Emerald Isle. Home is a 5 minute drive to Swansboro and a 20 minute drive to Morehead City. Amazing fishing opportunities all around. You are in walking distance to a McDonalds and Subway. You are a 2 minute drive to several restaurants, Lowes Foods, Lowes Home Improvement and Neuse Sports Shop. Walmart is a 10 minute drive into Swansboro.
