This second floor unit sleeps up to 8 guests, and offers a fully furnished 3-Bedroom 1-Bathroom with a spacious enclosed sun room over looking Highland Lake. This space includes a kitchen with all necessary appliances, two common areas both with pull out sofa beds, a shared washer/dryer. There is a waterfront yard across the street with a boat dock, perfect for tying up any boat or watercraft. The yard includes a picnic table and stairs leading into the water for swimming. Don't have a boat? Rent one or other watercraft right next door at The Marina at Highland Lake and receive a 25% discount during your stay! The summer is not the only time for a vacation. We are only 30 minutes away from local ski resorts such as Ski Sundown, Mohawk and Otis. Highland Lake is also enjoyed for ice fishing. The Northwest corner offers some of the best leaf peeping around. There are also local breweries and vineyards in the area including Little Red Barn right down the street! The yard includes a dock,e access. Your private lake front lawn will include a picnic table with gorgeous water views, and a dock extending into the lake;

It was better then the pictures. Great location. The property was very accomodating. All you had to bring was food and clothes. Everything else was supplied. Decor was very quaint. Very Roomy. My only suggestion is it should have an air conditioner at least in the kitchen. It got very hot in the main house Bedrooms had air, very comfortable. Overall stay was memorable.

This met our needs and was nearby family we were visiting. Everything was easy and there were no issues with the check-in & out process. The second floor is nice because we had a great view of the lake and busy marina next door. We rented a pontoon since there was a discount and the weather broke just enough. The 2 window A/C units couldn’t cool the whole upstairs so we had to be strategic. Not all windows had screens so that was another challenge to keep bugs out but vent the house so we could sleep. There were also a few things that needed fixed (bed frame and dryer vent) that probably no one knew about. Road noise was annoying. All around the stay was relaxing and easy. For some it was hot and uncomfortable for sleeping.
