We stayed here as it was near family in Port Henry and Vergennes VT. The beds are very comfortable and the house had every thing you need. Michelle was amazing to work with and very prompt on any questions we had. We look forward to renting this property again.

Lovely stay and not too far from Middlebury College.

My family stayed for only two nights because we were out of state guests for a wedding and we didn’t want to be spread out among several hotel rooms. There was plenty of room for everyone, and everyone was comfortable. It was a nice bonus to have a pool table, air hockey table, ping-pong table and shelves of games to help entertain when it rained. We enjoyed walking around the grounds and the beautiful lake. Everyone talked about coming back to spend a week with family to fully enjoy the property and the area.

It was comfortable and nice. We are very happy

Great family getaway for the week with adults, grandparents, and children (total of 10 people). The house was very clean, cozy and accommodating with plenty of space for lounging and taking in the views. Bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. The upstairs game room with ping pong was a hit and a great separate space that was quiet from the house when the kids went to bed. We wanted to spend more time on the back deck but after early morning got very buggy with mosquitoes which was the nature of time of year we were there (Aug). Deck was an amazing spot to watch the sunrise over the lake and have your morning coffee! From the property the water access was difficult to launch the paddle boards we brought from home. Instead we took our boards next door to the campground area to their boat launch which worked out no problem. We enjoyed the local spots including the lighthouse, state park, Ft. Ticonderoga and distillery. Lake Placcid was a little over an hour away and the perfect day trip. Thanks for sharing the Lodge with us!

The lodge is well appointed with everything you need to relax and enjoy the view! Unfortunately we had a rainy week and were not able to take advantage of the kayaks. The owners were very responsive and clearly care about the property. Thank you for the restorative vacation!

This is such a beautiful spot. The lawn is expansive (our dog was in heaven!), Michelle is incredibly responsive (I asked if they had a tea kettle, and we had a new one the next morning), the property manager (Chip) is delightful and helpful. The house is large, with two living rooms, and an outside patio, which very relaxing. If you are an early riser, a perfect sunrise directly across the lake.

Such a private location that provided our family with a relaxing week on lake Champlain. We very much enjoyed this property and all it had to offer. The host was very communicative and we have no complaints!

Our stay at this lakehouse was extremely enjoyable. The house itself was very spacious so that our group of 8 could fit comfortably with more than enough beds, sofas, and tables for meals. It was very clean and tidy, with the needed conveniences such as appliances and towels. With a pretty view of the lake, the upper porch was a great place for watching the wildlife. The kids also had fun with table tennis and kayaks as well as the well-kept backyard. Overall had a great stay and would gladly come again!

The property and its views were marvelous! The children and dogs had so much space to roam free! The interior of the house was conducive to both gathering/cooking together and providing space and independence when desired. Great location for a quiet reprieve, but easy access to nearby towns like Middlebury—which we loved! Provided kayaks and canoe were fun! Enjoyed a cornhole tournament in the beautiful lawn overlooking the lake! Great spot for families!

The weather could have been more cooperative, but thanks to a well-appointed house that gave our family of five room to spread out and come together comfortably, the rain was no deterrent to our having a fun and relaxing vacation! We loved our walks, particularly around the Fort at Crown Point and over the Champlain Bridge. We ventured out to Fort Ticonderoga as well as Middlebury and Burlington in Vermont. And when the sun came out, we rented a pontoon up in Plattsburgh and spent the day on the water. Thanks, Michele, for help with logistics and scheduling. Your Lodge is a special place!

Beautiful property and view of the lake. Had everything we needed. We'll maintained and clean.
Only wish we had booked a few more days!

Amazing location for anglers. Road is narrow for boats but manageable. Beautiful house and easy communication with owners. Would definitely recommend for groups!

What a beautiful property. The owners have done a great job setting this up for rental use. Linens, kitchenware (even spices), soap, shampoo and much more.
The lodge is situated on Lake Champlain. Although there is no swimming and no dock this year, there was fishing from many areas on the property. It was very relaxing. The fire pit came in handy on the 55 degree days. It allowed us to still be outside and be warm while sitting and chatting with family. The porch was fully furnished with tables and plenty of chairs.
They had outside games (cornhole), kayaks and canoes to use.
Set way off the main road, down a private driveway, the location gives you plenty of privacy and quiet.
Thanks for a great weekend!

Beautiful location right on the lake, away from other houses, peaceful and relaxing.

This is the absolute most amazing destination for a group or family gathering or reunion. It also would be a tremendously romantic place for couples. We brought our kids and grandchildren and had the most amazing time. It easily sleeps 12 people comfortably. The view is breathtaking. There are three Blue Herons that spend every day in the shallow waters in front of the house. During our stay, we also saw a bald eagle, beavers, foxes, and other beautiful wildlife. My husband and son love to fish and caught plenty from the property. We were planning on renting a boat, but there was no need because with so much water frontage we were able to fish and kayak. We also went to the state park next-door and brought the grandchildren. They played on the swings and jungle gym, explored the park, and rode their bikes on the trails.
When I say, there are panoramic views, I can’t do it justice. There’s a game room on the second floor, with a ping pong table. There is a massive view of the water from there.
There is also a cozy fire pit in the yard. Fire wood is provided.
The owner suggested Suzie's for takeout and War Cannon Spirits pub-style restaurant. Both were great.
My family and I made memories of a lifetime.

We found our home away from home! The lodge was the perfect rustic get away. We enjoyed sitting on the porch taking in the view of the lake, playing games at night & having a ping pong tournament. Michele was a great host and readily accessible. We booked already for next year!

This property is absolutely amazing!! The view of the lake is stunning; you feel like you are in your own Adirondack paradise. The house is so spacious and literally has everything that you can possibly need for your stay. We went with another couple but plan on booking in the summer and bringing our entire family. Michele was such a great host! She responded quickly to my questions and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend booking your family vacation at this beautiful property!
