EXTERIOR FEATURES 2nd Row, Private Pool - Professionally Maintained, 6 Exterior Porches, Paved Parking, Professionally Landscaped Grounds, Non Smoking Environment, No Pets Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS 1st Floor (Three): 1 King, 1 King, 1 King 2nd Floor (Four): 1 King, 1 King, 1 King & 1 Full over Full Bunk Bed, 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds BATHROOM LOCATIONS 1st Floor (Three + One Half): 3 Private, ½ Hall Access 2nd Floor (Four + One Half): 4 Private, ½ Hall Access PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet, 2 Google Audio smart boxes (1 in each living area), Elevator to all the floors, Televisions in every room, Heat & Central A/C, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. A variety of yard games are offered for your enjoyment including Corn hole, Ladder Golf, and Dominoes. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and a comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. *The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.

I luv this property, the bunk room is perfect for travelers with kids. I would definitely rent this one again.

The house itself was beautiful, however, it was not clean. There were marks all over every wall, stains on the carpet, dusty floors. The coffee maker did not turn off unless completely unplugged, causing a safety concern. The elevator was accessible to anyone, making the house wide open to anyone who wished to come in. Besides that, we loved the house and being so close to the beach. Check in and check out was easy and quick.
