Well it was awesome!!! Plenty of parking. Heaps of space for everyone, perfect for 2 families, less than 10min walk to the lake front restaurants, easy to find, had everthing you needed like home away from home. If im in Taupo again i will definitely book. Thankyou Tarsha for your quick response to any queries i had and thankyou for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

This holiday home is in a perfect location and great size for our family. Wasnt sure about recycling and rubbish days so missed it as it was the next morning after we arrived. Bbq wasn't cleaned that well from last users but highly recommend this holiday home and would definitely love to book in again.

House is perfect for a big group of people. Plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and tidy. It is a tad dated but still extremely well set up, has everything you need and a good place to base yourself nice a close to the city centre

Great location. Walking distance for everything. Bach has dated style but so many beds and had everything we needed. Super spacious for a big group Only down fall was afew creepy crawlies on arrival.

Perfect property for a group of friends or big family. Lots of room for everyone & super close to Taupō Town Centre. Communation with hosts was absolutely fabulous, and answered all of my questions. Property is much bigger in person, and we were blown away with the space. Thankyou so much for letting us use you're property, the girls and I very much enjoyed our stay, despite the rain.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday bach! The location was perfect. The cozy and well-furnished accommodation provided everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. From modern amenities to a comfortable bed, it was truly a home away from home. The highlight for me was the massive space for a extended family. The washing machine didn’t work otherwise it’s a perfect place. I can't wait to return to this peaceful retreat for another memorable vacation. Highly recommended!

We felt a little like we were in Hogwarts with all the nooks and crannies. It was a great size and location for us. The only thing I'd say is it would be handy to know where the overload switch is as with the fridge, microwave, kettle and heat pump all on the same electrical circuit, it tripped the overload switch.

We chose the property based on the photos. The location was ideal. The photo’s flattered to deceive as the place was meaningfully tired and an eyesore inside. We collectively summarised it as a dump. It seemed to us that the property was a perpetual add-on construction experiment and a mish mash of rooms over time. It took us back to our questionable university flat days in the late 70’s . The décor was 60's and beyond dated. You would need to be into ‘retro 60’s to have any semblance of enjoying inside. Stains from an obvious ‘drip onto the stairs carpet reminded us of someone working on an engine or a broken bottle of olive oil from a grocery bag. Holes in the walls where screws etc were removed was like a tree fort construction we experienced as kids. Had to clean the BBQ when we got there. Could say lots more- but the owners probably know anyway. Shower upstairs came away from wall. All we could do was take the piss out of the place . We agreed the beds were comfortable. Overall the place is desperately in need of major reno's or a full demolition. The upside was we were 5x middle aged men and we simply laughed but got on with staying in a place that we called Jed Clampetts place before his Beverly Hills pad. It was certainly and sadly not value for money. Best summed up by one of us " I want the photographer to photograph my place when I sell it" as what we saw on the listing and what we got was far removed. Probably my fault for booking the place as
