This wonderful suburban retreat is tucked away on a corner lot in a quiet Southeast Portland Neighborhood. It is conveniently located to groceries, shopping, and entertainment. The Seiben Creek Retreat is a fantastic location for your family or small group to stay at and enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. The main level boasts and fantastic living, kitchen, and casual dining area that makes for a great space to relax and enjoy time together. One entire side of the living and dining space has oversized windows and a sliding glass door which allows the entire area to be bathed in natural light. Additionally there is a more formal dining room as well as a half bath on this floor as well. Another great amenity is the fully fenced backyard which makes it an exceptional space for those travelling with kiddos or pets. Ascending upstairs you will find four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Within the oversized primary suite there is an additional flatscreen TV for your streaming desires, as well as a desk and office chair if you absolutely must be productive. Two of the other three bedrooms have queen beds, while the fourth bedroom enjoys a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a desk. Almost every piece of furnishing within the home is brand new. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets).
