Highlights: Luxurious welcome basket Hot tub Firepit Gas BBQ Massive bunk room Gated community Chef’s kitchen Wine refrigerator Game room and xbox **No Access to Suncadia Pool and Fitness Center** SUNCADIA AMENITIES + RESTRICTIONS You can access the following events or amenities that Suncadia offers: -Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Pop Ups, etc -Ice Skating near the lodge -Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn -Tubing/ Sledding hills -Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery) -Equipment rentals (bikes, paddleboards, etc) Restrictions include: -Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control. -Suncadia policies prohibit all terrain vehicles and snowmobiles. FAQs - Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. However, if we can, we offer 1 hour free of charge, and then $30 per hour up to 2 extra hours (3 hours total). We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team. If you want more than 3 hours extra, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive at your leisure. - Up to 2 dogs welcomed for additional fee of $150. Guests must follow pet policies in house rules and in our guidebook. - Guests advised to purchase travel for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies enforced.
