Neat and clean, everything was in place. Well behaved staff. Extra time provided for check out. Swimming pool, food etc was excellent. Wifi was awesome and location was just superb, next to deira city center and metro station.

Master bed was smaller to sleep with kid. Yes I know there was option to get extra bed but I wanted to sleep with my family and hence it was really difficult to get adjusted onto the provided bed. I just wish it was little bit bigger in size. Also pillows were quite high in size and hence feeling uncomfortable in sleep.

Return to the future

Good location. Front desk start are friendly and efficient. The room attendant who cleaned my room is working hard and tries his best.

Old room that dramatically needs to be refurbished; in particular lack of plugs - none beside the bed: Not acceptable in 2023. Most of the staff not much interested by guests. It's not that they're nasty or anything: They're very polite and helpful when you talk to them, they simply don't care and it shows. Breakfast provides the minimum. No taste. It's like the rest of the hotel. It's not that it's bad. It's simply blend. This Novotel must have been good 15 or 20 years ago. Not anymore. It didn't adapted to today's hospitality and therefore it's direct competition.

Our 2023 vacation

All the stuffes are super nice and professional, their hospitality is AMAZING! We enjoyed breakfast buffet . The room was clean but no window no fresh air, small humid. The location is very convenient to the deira city mall, Airport and so on. The price we played was fair. We enjoyed our stay, thanks to all Novotel deira city center employees!

The hotel cleanses, the room is big, all The workers are perfect, the location is the best and price we paid for our six night stay is Fair.

Nice place, worth for the the money.

Breakfast was nice, central location and easy access to everything. Metro is near by as well.

It could be better if you have two queen/double beds in the room. Sleeping in the sofa bed for two is not comfortable. Also toilet is very compact.

Loved the location, right across Deira City Centre. Hotel was clean.

Breakfast was quite average. The size of the rooms was a little on the small side.

quite Recommendable but a bit pricey.

the location was excellent.our 4th stay here .staff courteous and cooperative.breakfast was good.

biggest issue was the outdated sofa bed .it was creaking all the time.they need to rehab all the furniture.even beds not that comfy now .breakfast area and tables too packed.our floor had too much noise all day with cleanings going on in various rooms.trolleys bottles etx.

Location : Next to Metro Station and DCC Mall, very accessible to all areas in Dubai Hotel : Very clean, neat, modern, comfy, supportive staff

Keeping in mind so many Indian Travelers, keep some Hindi Channels on TV

The purpose of my visit has been great.

Property is worth for our pocket. The room is spacious.

Mattress, bed linen and pillow. There is not enough pillows and they have only one pair.

Overall it was good

Good Location…near Metro station and Shopping Mall

Breakfast was ordinary , much improvement is required to cater to International and vegetarian guest. In house Dining service dont pick up calls and even after calling reception there was no service. Should seriously improve with regards to in-house dining.

We enjoyed our stay!!!

1. We appreciate the excellent service that my family received from Ayu Appam in charge of baggage handling. He was very nice to us especially when we were checking out. He is very very professional. Thank you 2. The New Year party on 31/12/2022 was very well organised and we enjoyed especially the dinner, music and the new year fireworks. Thank you and keep it up 3. Generally the staff at reception, restaurant, concierge were very supportive and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend my friends to stay at this hote 4. The hotel location is very nice especially the proximity to Deira shopping center and the DXB Airport. Thank you

The door opening and closing ( electronic cards system) should be improved. Most of the time the cards were working in the loft but not working on room doors opening and we had to always return to reception to reactivate Thanking

Breakfast was good.

We booked on booking.com and did some amendments such as add Breakfast n separate bathroom. But upon check in the hotel hadn't updated my request n I had to pay for Breakfast etc. Then I checked for the updated booking number n they said they will revert back. Now we are waiting for refund. Hope the Hotel system synchronize with booking.com. But the reception was nice specially Pye pye. Hope I'm writing her name correctly.
