the room is clean except those little stain in the bathroom..the space is small.perfect for 3 pax only.

the sorrounding ls of the condo is not maintained.

It was awesome!

The owner is very accommodating! Super bait and madaling kausap! The property itself is clean, and very comfy. May laman din ang ref(honesty box Ang payment) so no need ng lumabas. Thumbs up!

It’s Lit!!! Netflix and chill indeed!

Great Experience! There are foods inside the Refrigerator and the condo has a big tv! Netflix and chill to the max!

Exceptional

Great Experience! Host is very responsive! Kitchen is fully equipped. Also, refrigerator has foods that you can cook or eat! Entertainment has Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max, apple tv, hulu and alot more! Affordable and exceptional experience! Will book again!

The vacation we had became more memorable because it was a comfortable place to stay after an exhausting trip.

Room - quiet, clean and smelled really nice Location - accessible and very near to WalterMart, a hospital and EK Kitchen amenities - complete and clean Snacks - option for snacks and beverages (honesty box) Comfort Room - Clean and spacious enough Security - good Towels - There are extra towels enough for a group

Though the place is secured within a subdivision, you need to consider the fare for the shuttle service if you'll be going out often (which is what we did since we don't have a private car). We tried walking and also wasn't too much of an effort unless you have a lot of free time but I don't recommend going around in the daytime as it is scorching hot. If this won't be a problem to you, I guess there'd be no issue at all.

Frustrated and Disappointed.

did not continue with this booking, we arrived 1.5hrs before the check-in time and was quoted with the early check in of 200 which I agreed. Upon arriving in the Guard house we weren’t allowed to go in coz they don’t have the authorization slip on hand from the unit owner. We waited for 1.5hrs too at 12:30 noon at 32’c with my son and 3 luggages, the unit owner was not responsive at all tried calling him more than 15times and messaged him a lot of times too. To my disgust and disappointment I just booker another apartment/unit instead. Very disappointed and frustrated with this accommodation!

The elevator wasn't working. However, it's just on the second floor so no worries. Convenience stores are within the compound too.
