My family and I throughly enjoyed this property. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had and even coordinated returning a left behind item (baby blanket). The property is excellent for kids as there is a zero entry into the lake (not always common on the finger lakes). So much less concern about kids playing on a dock as the only place to play by the water. The property is also set into a small bay like area of the lake which allowed the kids to kayak and swim with out concern for other boats getting too close. Many steps from the house down to the lake but was very manageable even for the 3 year old. House itself was well cared for, well stocked and had plenty of things for the kids to be occupied on rainy days. The outdoor fireplace on the porch was also a welcomed treat when the kids wanted to make s’mores but weather didn’t allow for a full fledged bonfire down by the lake. Will look forward to coming back again.
