The Cane Bay Perch house has A LOT of space, high quality furnishings, and a million dollar view. The wrap-around deck connects to a sparkling pool area with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and shade... you can hear the waves from Cane Bay Beach from the deck. The home offers large, bright bedrooms, a formal living room with new couches, a formal dining room, casual dining next to the kitchen, a separate office/TV room with new sofa-bed. Enjoy easy access to the wrap-around deck from the master bedroom, living room, and TV Room to take in the views. Cane Bay beach is 1/4 mile down the HOA road ... you’ll find a great beach for sitting/swimming/snorkeling, a scuba dive shop, and multiple dining options such as The Landing, Off The Wall, and AMA. New split air conditioning units (with remote controls) have been added to the house in 2023. New screens added to sliding doors also to allow you to keep it more natural by jus using the ceiling fans that are in every room. The gate, exterior parking area, and lower stairs to the water pump/water heater room have motion activated security cameras for your safety. great house bigger in reality. The weather did not cooperate, butowner was proactive in checking in with us many times. Offered to have someone get generator running, but power outages were not too long and not a real problem. Cannot say enough about attentiveness of owner n

Great property. Not the first time I've stayed here. Always fun and family friendly. Plenty of room, kitchen has what you need. Breezes to cool you down at night and a fun pool area. Away from the crowds but a few seconds and you can be in the mix if you wish. Highly recommend this place for couples, families, or group getaways. Cant wait to get back to the island and will be staying here again. Cheers!

Andrew’s place is absolutely perfect! The entire experience was great, from booking the house to meeting Andrew at the airport, to our everyday adventures. The house is in a great location, well stocked, and super inviting. We felt completely at home. I highly recommend this house for your stay. We will definitely be back!

We have been to St. Croix many times over the years, Andrew’s house is the nicest we’ve stayed at and we plan to come back! It was very clean, beautiful views and communication with Andrew was great. Perfect location, we have stayed all over the island and this truly is the best spot!

We have stayed in over a dozen places in St Croix, and this by far tops them all. First of the pictures do not do it justice the views are amazing the home is so much larger than the pictures present. Pure openness that makes you fill as if you are staying in a luxury hotel. Every thing has been thought about beach towels, snorkels boogie boards etc. The kitchen was better stocked than mine with all the items you need to cook up whatever spread you want to make. The pool was amazing what a wonderful spot to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The front porch has one of the most amazing views on the island. So very close to food scuba and beach. This will be my go to going forward when we visit the island. Andrew and his team are top notch at everything they do ! Great quick effective communications. This could also be my best experience using VRBO. Thanks for sharing your amazing home for others to explore the beauty of the island.

I've worked in the corporate travel industry for 30+ years, but not having much of a background in leisure travel, I took a chance on this VRBO when we decided on a week in St. Croix for our family of four, who had never been to the USVI. Wow!!! I could not be any happier with that decision. It started with clear communication with the owner, Andrew. He made us feel completely comfortable before we even left the States. When we arrived at STX, we were met by the awesome concierge, Jennifer. She helped us collect our luggage, and after we picked up our rental vehicle, she led us to the grocery store and patiently waited while we stocked up on food and liquor, and then we followed her up the winding roads to the house where she proceeded to give us a comprehensive tour. The property is so spacious and stocked with an abundance of necessities and extras. The layout of the rooms are perfect, and the murals on the walls are such a fun touch. The view and sounds of nature from the deck are so relaxing and breathtaking ... definitely the focal point of the house and from where I took some of the best pics I ever have. We enjoyed the pool every day. My scuba-obsessed husband went on dives on 3 different days through separate companies and said they were all phenomenal. We all loved the atmosphere at Cane Bay Beach which is just a short drive down the hill. Overall it was an incredible vacation and we can't wait to come back! :-)

Estate La Vallee was perfect for us. Easy access to Cane Bay's awesome beach, with some of the best views of the sunset on the island. Close to either Frederiksted or Christiansted for food and shopping, but far enough away from the crowds to really relax. Andrew had awesome communication with us from start to finish. We were greeted by our concierge, Annabel, who was very helpful in getting us to the house and gave us great tips for our stay. Here recommendation for dinner at Savant was perfect. Also try AMA on Cane Bay, you will not have a better meal on the water. The house is huge with plenty of room for the entire family, and the best stocked of any VRBO we have ever stayed in. The pool was clean and refreshing after a full day on the ocean and the deck overlooking the bay was the best place to start the day. Skip the crowded beach resorts and have your very own private resort at Estate La Vallee.

Loved Estate La Vallee!!! Perfect location! Close to Cane Bay Beach, a great diving/snorkeling spot. Short drive to Christiansted and Frederiksted. The house is open, and huge!!! Everything is well maintained, updated and very clean. Pool and the warp around porch overlook the valley out into the ocean. Woke to a double Rainbow on our last day. Our concierge Shera was in touch with us a few days before our arrival, and was waiting for us at the airport holding a place in line to pick up the rental car, and we followed her to the house. This a great service provided. Highly recommend a smaller 4 / all wheel drive to go up the 3 steep switchbacks. The owner and Shera werebnin touch with us to make sure we were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and utensils. And some basic supplies like tea coffee and bottled water. They have snorkeling gear, water bottles, a small cooler, plastic bags. There are plenty of towels/ beach towels.

The pictures don’t show how great the property is. Much larger then expected. Views for days!! As a person that has frequented the island for the past 15 yrs there are few if any better ways to enjoy the north shore then this property. I will return for sure!!!

The home sits on a hillside off Cane Bay which is a short drive down the hill. Several resturants right on the beach and a dive shop. Snorkeling is possible right off the beach. Diving The Wall is a short swim out. The view is beautiful, lovely sunsets every night. The home was very clean and well taken care of. Relaxing in the pool was great in the evenings. The kitchen is well stocked with items for cooking in. A small cooler is available for use, as well as a few beach chairs and an umbrella. AC units and fans in every room. We let the breeze flow through several nights. The tenant on the lower level is very sweet. We only saw her a couple times. Owner was responsive to questions. Annabelle, the concierge was a pleasure.

We had a wonderful week in St. Croix in this home. The house was very clean. All of the details were perfect, down to the lovely table/umbrella by the pool, the towels folded perfectly in the baths, the kitchen fully stocked (all utensils, pots, pans, everything clean and in perfect order) for cooking. Linens very clean. Lots of room for seating and enjoying family: a living room, a separate tv room, a dining room, a kitchen with a separate breakfast eating area, a gas grill, the garage and parking area… all of it clean and so nicely appointed. We didn’t need the AC units at all, there was so much wonderful breeze at night. Hillside villa was so charming with complete privacy. But so close to Cane Bay’s wonderful beach, five restaurants, and even a charming breakfast food truck! Perfect central location. The views from the enormous deck were absolutely breathtaking. Having our coffee out there in the morning, or a drink at sunset, was fabulous. Thank you for this wonderful stay!
