The kitchen was renovated in October 2021 with stone countertops and a butcher block island, making it the perfect place to prepare a full celebratory meal. The kitchen window offers a breathtaking view of Paonia and the surrounding mesas, providing the perfect backdrop while you cook and dine. And, with the full professional BBQ grill, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue in the open air on the lower deck. For your comfort, both bathrooms in the Tower are equipped with in-floor heating, and the small bathroom downstairs also features heated tile floors, a sink, and washer/dryer. The dining area boasts a round antique walnut table with three wooden chairs and two south-facing windows, which provide natural light. The queen sofa sleeper couch is positioned to face the TV on the lower floor, offering a convenient separation between dining and relaxing spaces.
