There is also a 4th bonus room which can be used as an office. The backyard is fenced in and includes a private deck set-up with extra backyard space. The home is a spacious one level ranch, so you don't have to worry about stairs. This place will have everything you will need to make this your home away from home. We were very happy with this property. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We were concerned when we drove up and it was very near I-70, but once we were inside the highway noise was minimal. The master bedroom was very quiet. We didn't spend any time in the backyard, but that might be noisy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really disappointed in the property. There were multiple moths flying around, laundry in the washer, few towels, and a ring camera taking videos of our every move. No exercise equipment like the photos showed when we signed up to rent.

We had a great time spending our trip in Colorado with our family, plus having the ability and space to hangout and have meals at home together. The home was great and comfortable for everyone. I would recommend having some games/cards for the family to play together in a closet somewhere. Other then that it was an amazing stay!

Very clean and had everything we needed. Little slim on the cooking things but we didn't need to cook. Overall we had a great stay!
