The place is clean and safe in a safe neighborhood. The host is friendly and attentive.

The location was safe and easy to locate.

I experienced the problem with the television because it's remote control was not working properly.

It's home away from home! I loved my stay.

I liked almost everything and the house was being my expectations. The rooms, bathroom, compound, kitchen and sitting rooms are very clean and modern . It's home away from home and the hosts created me like part of the family . I really felt having a big brother always here to make me feel home and safe as I was alone. The area is calm and very clean ! I liked it very much

The swimming pool was dirty unfortunately. I really wanted to use it but despite some efforts I couldn't use it . However the kindness of the hosts made me compromise with it .

Location

Location of loo not sociable for a couple. TV remote broken and limited access to local or streamed services.

Warm atmosphere ,secure and clean

The place was clean,the staff are so friendly and helpfull,its a home away from home ,i loved it with my sister she wanted to extend the stay but we had to go,will book again

Best place, Good value for Money in Safe area

The house is exceptionally clean. Well located near shops and public transport. It's central. Quite and has great internet connection. The hosts are amazing: welcoming, kind and helpful! Definately a place to stay in Joburg.

The location is very safe and it's very close to the shops and the mall.

I didn't get the room I wanted and it was my boyfriend's birthday so I wanted to surprise him but it didn't go as planned. I was very disappointed.

The rooms were clean an spacious. The place is near the shops we could walk to buy some necessities. The host was very friendly and accomodating

The staff has very good customers service that I'd give the a 10 out of 10. I was happy with the customers service from showing my girlfriend and I around. I'd say the place still needs work and a bit more money into the business... There's a few things I didn't like and from my experience I'd say the place isn't good value for money... I strongly believe that with a bit more money into the business it can be a good place... currently the place still needs TLC... however thanks for allowing us to stay over.

Please get the following Generator Bath soaps More blankets Morning slippers More TV access A place to put clothes Please may kindly use bookings to see what other places have to offer to get a better idea as well. I still want you have business however at the rate you are doing things it's not looking good. Customer service I'd give you people a 10 out of 10 well done there 💣💣💣😉😉

Very clean clean

No bath towel only 2 hand towels. Just 1 tissue and I had a running tummy that night.the bath runs down water from bottom so after bath tou must wipe water on the floor.place very clean but not cormfortable

The whole area,it was quite and close to the mall. Loved the room,that was allocated to me.

East Prestige Lodge was really 'Home away from Home' :-) but with all the awesome additional facilities (pool, hot tub, flat screen TVs in the rooms, pool table as well as the sound system). We really liked how big and spacious the rooms/ house/ yard were and that the bigger rooms had its own ensuites! Lodge is located in a safe area and close to Malls and other interesting places to visit. Hosts were very accommodating, helpful and friendly :-)!!! Definitely be booking here in the future and it was affordable. Thank you East Prestige Lodge :-)
