Excellent séjour

Le service était impeccable. Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable . Il fait tout pour vous mettre à l'aise. Les dames du petit déjeuner très gentilles aussi. Nous avons bcp aimé ce riad. L'emplacement est très bien. On peut prendre le petit déjeuner tout en haut du Riyad avec vue sur Chefchaouen. C magnifique ! Merci pour ce très bel accueil. Nous espérons revenir.

La douche qui n'a pas de bac.. un peu glissant.

Riad sympathique au coeur de la médina

Accueil chaleureux, emplacement au coeur de la médina, propreté du riad. Hotes disponibles et souriants. Bon petit déjeuner. Vue depuis la terrasse

Unlabeled, steep steps but with great rooftop view.

Bkft was an improvement over the normal. Morocco one in that it included omelet not just boiled egg in addition to fruit, cheese and bread. Great view for p m roof deck.

Site was unmarked and unsigned and hadn't map to help you find it again once you had gone out. Staff tried to be helpful but knew very little English. Stairs were small and steep. Room was also small, with no place to place night items at head of bed and interior widows has only curtains not shuttered with stairwell / hall they opened lite all night.

Ubicacion centrica a 5 min aproximadamente de la plaza outa hamam. El personal mohamed es muy amable . El desayuno esta muy bien tipico de Marruecos y potente . La habitación tiene baño privado . La limpieza esta bien

Todo me gusto . El riad esta muy bien para descansar y disfrutar de la cuidad y su cultrura No tiene aire acondicionado pero radiador si

Riad Muy Recomendable

El Riad es nuevo y está muy bien decorado. A Destacar la limpieza, antes y durante la estancia. La ubicación cuando conoces un poco La Medina es buena. Los desayunos son abundantes. Mohamed es muy amable y disponible para lo que necesites. Hemos acertado!!!!!

Teníamos reservadas dos habitaciones de Luxe y una doble y nos dio una de Luxe y dos dobles.

Do not go here, look for other options.

After a wrong reservation, owner told me he would pay me back. It has been 3 months now and I have not recieved a single payment. Scam. Property and rooms are very small, too small. I did not receive breakfast on the 2nd day when i left early, after an agreement of having breakfast early. Property is impossible to find, no signs or anything.

Superb

New hostel in a good quiet part of the medina. The owner is very friendly. The breakfast is simple but good. Everything was clean and comfortable

There is absolutley no sign of the hostel even on the entrance door. I asked for the help of the local people (which is not very comfortable because some of them may try to trick you and ask for money, but i was lucky to find good locals). The water drain in the bathroom is very bad. I guess that is the common problem in Morocco, but it can become a problem if you stay 2 persons in the room

Blue city Riad

Extremely pleasant, relaxing and peaceful location. Host went above and beyond to accomodate us and make us feel home. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

Riad is a good distance from the main road, a cart is needed to move luggage.

Wonderful time in Chefchaouen at Riad Bin Souaki

The host, Mohammed, was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my stay. He kindly made us a vegetable tagine for dinner one night, which was delicious. The breakfast was excellent and set me up well for a day of sightseeing. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, and the rooftop had great views over Chefchaouen.

Lots of potential, not quite there

Located centrally in Chefchaouen and impeccably clean, Riad Bin Souaki was off to a great start! The staff were of redeeming quality and really went above and beyond to make our stay nice, even storing our luggage the day we checked out so we could roam the city unburdened. A final note for those unfamiliar: definitely ask for your tea unsweetened and coffee with milk and/or sugar on the side, unless you like liquid candy!

the pictures are misleading: our room was on the ground floor, directly next to the check-in desk which is cleverly hidden in the pictures online, which even appear to be from an upper floor. There was also no sheet on the mattress, and the pillows were more decorative than functional. Lastly and most importantly, the hot water boiler in the bathroom leaked constantly with a loud hissing sound. There was no way to shut it off, and being in a water-parched country, it was grating listening to the 1000’s of gallons of wasted water going down the drain.

The owner is nice and available. Great location and very nice view from the terrace. Breakfast is amazing!

Not easy to find as there is no signage outside, so you have to ask locals!

Very good

Small very clean riad in a great location for a 4 night stay. Lots of eateries near by when you get your bearings. Neat compact rooms with modern conveniences. Very well appointed furnishings and decor. Has a washing machine and dryer for guests to use.

No signage for the riad which made it difficult to find without the help of locals, very narrow and steep stairs in the riad if you are senior travellers, doorways to room and bathroom are very small which understandably suits the riad but not large Westerners. Can be noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. Had to request for bin to be emptied and towels replaced as the room isn't serviced at all. Gentleman who runs the riad has limited English and you need to be prepared for a long wait for breakfast on the terrace.

Loved it!

The location is fantastic! In a quiet area of the Medina, but very close to everything! Mohamed is a great host! you should also try his tajine!

WIFI is a bit slow, but I am sure they are doing everything possible to help their clients.

Its new, very cosy and authentic. Brekfast is perfect on the top floor with magnificent view. The host is very nice and helpful. Would definetely recommend.

highly recommended Riad

beautiful new Riad in an amazing location with super friendly owner and staff. great breakfast. if you arrive by bus take a petite taxi to the parador hotel. from there it is a short walk with only one set of steps to walk down close to the Riad
