The house is family friendly with a large family room on the lower level and access to a large yard. Smart TVs on both floors, games and toys for all ages. Minimum decor to worry about with little ones! Only a mile from downtown, grocery stores, restaurants and area attractions. Ten minutes to Tusculum University. All of the bedrooms, main bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room are on the main floor. The main floor is accessible via the front door without steps. The lower level has a sleeper couch, futon, TV, kitchenette, full bathroom, laundry and great kid play space. Plenty of white fluffy bath towels and comfy beds with high quality linens and pillows. We allow our guests to adjust the temperature of the house during their stay too! Only a mile from downtown, grocery stores, restaurants and area attractions. Ten minutes to Tusculum University. Eastern Tennessee day trips to Knoxville, Johnson City, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Asheville (NC) and Bristol are all easy to drive. You will have access to the entire house. We have furnished the house to meet the comfort and needs of our family and friends so we hope you will enjoy it too!
