Welcome to Coral Reef, a brand new build nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Powell & the white sandy beaches of PCB! This peaceful, pet-friendly home sleeps 9 & features a private pool, fenced-in back yard, & electric grill for your enjoyment. The home also has Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, washer & dryer, & a private garage. Bring the whole family down to enjoy the freshwater fun of the lake, soak in the sun at Carillon Beach or explore Camp Helen State Park nearby. The first floor of the home features the living room, kitchen, dining room, and half-bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom & bath, two rooms with queen beds, a bunk room with a single bed and a set of twin bunkbeds, and an additional, shared full bath. Each bedroom closet has luggage racks for your convenience. Please note that we only provider start packs for this property. Beach/pool towels are NOT provided, so you will want to bring your own. Guests will have access to the entire house, pool, and garage. Please note that if the garage door opener is lost or broken, you will be charged $100 no exceptions. Coral Reef is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. You are very close to the beach, Lake Powell, Carillon Beach (great spot for shopping & good eats) & close to grocery stores, shopping, & attractions at both Pier Park & 30A. You are also a short drive to the airport as well! Need extra room for other visitors? Check out our neighbor house – ‘Dune Lake’ that is also available for rent! This property is pet friendly. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $175. This covers one dog under 50lbs. This must be approved with Management prior to arrival. There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500. AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!
