The original farm house was built in 1826 and was a horse exchange for the stagecoach run. Furnished with early american decor it has all the modern amenities. Barn friendly animals include Ernie the pot belly pig, . Fin and Huck, goats. Burt the goose and his friend, Ducky . Bella the Maine coon cat is very shy but you may see her walking the property. Guest access You will have private use of the three bedrooms, large living room, finished basement with kitchenette and sauna, exercise room, large deck with 6 person hot tub, grill and outdoor door dining . Shared areas outside will include gardens and grounds. We will coordinate with you to access the family room daily for about 5 minutes to service the 90 gallon salt water fish tank. Enter the home from either the back open deck or basement to the kitchenette. We do like to introduce you to property upon arrival as in every period home there are quirks to explain. This will facility will accommodate 6 people, extra fee for more than 6 people at $75 per person per night. Other things to note The kitchenette includes a two burner conduction stove top, microwave oven, convection toaster oven, 3.6 cubic foot refrigerator., counter top ice maker. We provide Keureg coffee, tea, hot chocolate ; with creamers , sugar,and honey to get you started. Each guest will have one set of towels. We do not replace towels unless stay is longer than 4 days.
