Good value for money. Could be fantastic!

The staff were fantastic. Nothing was a problem and they were happy to help. Room was very clean and comfortable and easy accessible

Didn't understand why I had to buy and wear a swimming cap when others in the pool didn't. Dirt and leaves everywhere around the pool could have been looked after better. Location was not ideal for us as we needed to get into naples and didn't realise the costings involved for a taxi.

Peppe was so nice and helpful always there to help in the breakfast dining we really appreciate him

Breakfast was very good lots of it also fresh fruit was very nice

Good facilities, very friendly staff and excellent value for money

Great swimming pool, very clean, staff are super friendly and helpful

Breakfast could offer more variety. Too many sweet options (cakes and brioches) and too few savory ones

One of the rooms were not what we ordered and we had to wait for thtree nights before we could change it.

Good hotel with good facilities. Staff was very helpful.

We had extreme poor wifi in our room. Even though the room was close to the reception and staff provided us with the wifi password from the staff network is remained very bad. I had to sit on the doorstep of my room in order to receive wifi signal sufficient enough to have my email working.. Tv was very small in the room. (my 15 inch laptop screen was bigger but since I did not have wifi the laptop proved no alternative for the Tv).

Good value for money

Very spacious room with very nice view over the mountain Excellent staff very supportive Free secured parking

No kettle in the room Very small TV screen with only Italian channels. we didn't use it at all. Despite the room is quite big, the shower space is very narrow

Very comfortable hotel outside of busy Naples

The room was large, with comfortable beds and nice shower. The breakfast was wonderful and the location is very suitable for travelers, who don't want to get into busy Naples.

There was nothing to make a bad impression.

Great!

Location was good and so were the grounds.

The shower head needs replacement and the AC does not necessarily reach the bed as it was in the loft. May need to rethink the location of the bed.

spotless rooms with cozy beds. Quite perfect location for base to explore naples region

For northern person, breakfast was bit too ”Italian”. only sweets available. But they were tasty

The hotel was lovely, we had 3 night stay. The gardens surrounding hotel was beautiful. The location wasn't that great its around 10mins away from Pozzuoli, so if you don't have car need money for taxis, (day-night) tarif.

For a stay with breakfast and free parking

we arrive at 1am, and they let us do a late check out at 12. That was really appreciated

Total relax

The rooms were very comfortable,spacious with a large comfy bed. Nice swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. Possibility to dine outside by side of swimming pool.Tasty food.

A nice retreat

Staff were lovely. Surrounding greenery.nice size pool.

Breakfast was very sparse and often cold scrambled egg,with no variety, had to keep asking for them to replenish food. Pool was very cold. Worst of all was the mealtimes, we had two young children and were told restaurant does not open till 8.00pm which is far too late for them to eat, and lack of variety. This is on a motorway with only a petrol station so nowhere to get anything. Did get out and about in taxi which cost us between 20 and 30 euros fare each way.
