Good location on a stunning beach! This is a nicer area of Koh Rong, much nicer than Koh Touch Beach area. Staff gave us snorkels to use when I asked, with no cost! Next to mad monkey hostel which we went to regularly for drinks. Food and drink can be ordered to the beach which was nice. Towels available free of charge to use on the beach also. We rented a motorbike from the hotel for a day for $12.50 but the road to access the main road is a dirt track and very hard to drive on if you’re not an experienced motorbike driver.

Tv didn’t work in the room. Room was very very basic, needed doing up. No mirror in the bedroom area. Shower is a wet room, again very basic and dated. The door didn’t fully shut in the room (there were still gaps in the seal) so bugs did get in, as well as a lizard! But I am aware this is basically in the jungle so some wildlife is to be expected. Expensive for what it is - but Koh Rong is like this I believe. Drinks and food expensive also, but again not unexpected. Not really much in the way of ‘atmosphere’ at the hotel. Breakfast was very very average, bread was stale and there were a lot of flies.

Wij dachten een bungalow aan het strand te hebben maar we moesten 5 minuutjes lopen naar het strand. Dat was verder geen probleem.

Beach and pool

Tried to overlook my frustrations but we spent a lot of money to stay here. We had property stolen by staff 50 dollars worth, food was served frozen and we were mistakenly over charged for and over all a lack of care. Such a shame as this place has so much potential but sadly a lack of care by staff ruins the whole experience. Not all staff, some staff were trying very hard but peers let them down sadly.

Super. Les personnels sont très gentils, souriants, accueillants. Boat tour proposé est très bien. Le petit déjeuner en buffet très bon. L'emplacement est vraiment pratique.

Quelques crochets ou étagères, tablettes...dans la salle de bain seront bienvenus pour ranger les affaires.

- vieles war deutlich “abgelebt” & stellenweise verdreckt - in der Anlage wachsen Cashew-Bäume. Deren Früchte fallen runter und bleiben 2-3 Tage liegen. Wenn man unachtsam ist tritt man auf diese und sie beginnen zu verfaulen… - die Parallelstraße der Anlage ist nichts anderes als eine Müllhalde. Deren Geruch ist permanent in der Anlage. (Für die Müllentsorgung kann im Großen und Ganzen wahrscheinlich nur das Land Kambodscha etwas, es ist aber wirklich widerwärtig) - allgemein wird sich zwar um die Anlage gekümmert, aber trotzdem ist es schmutzig :-/ - die Auflagen der Strandliegen sind eigentlich aus Leder (schlau, da leicht zu reinigen), diese wurden aber nochmal mit Stoff überzogen, welche vergilbt und stellenweise sehr dunkel sind. Ohne Handtuch würde ich mich keinesfalls auf die Liegen legen.

Posto fantastico, a 10 metri dal mare, con piscina, palestra e ristorante. Lettini fronte mare e ombrelloni inclusi. Camere comode e pulite. Meraviglioso!

La palestra era leggermente trascurata e con pochi attrezzi, ma in fondo non ha molta importanza se hai un mare così di fronte!

The only think to like about scarlet sales is it faboulous location, it is on am absolubtly paradise beach with the best sand

One night plastic waste was burned with the smoke going directly into out room, poisonous black acrid smoke, the whole resort is beyonf needing some care, the resturant steel frame had rusted through, the pool has hundreds of missing tiles, in the resturwnt no soap is used to wash the glasses and plates at breakfast, ( other guests completed during stay) wasn't resolved the next day, the sunloungers are frequented by none resident the sunloungers are dirty, not enough pool towels for all guests, breakfast is poor, toaster with 2 used for hundreds of guests, not enough tables in the shade, shower where toilet is doesnt drain, The cost at 40 euros per night and upwards is higher thab I would expect of similar offerings in Asia, light bulb not working on entrance fixed quickly though Feel sorry for the great staff who have to work with terrible rooms and shared areas, wierd looking curtains hanging next to the gym, Make faulty towers look like a 5 star hotel Sand flies on beach leave you with the biggest bites amd scams immaginable bring 100 percent deep and bathroom in it. We have stayed at low value accomodation throught our 3 month stay and this was the shocker pf them all cant believe people base there review on the shower bed and beach when everything else os disgusting, thisbisnt just covid either it looks like decades of neglect
