If you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night this is for you since you share everything.

Great location! Modern home.

We selected the place because it had a washer and dryer, but it was never available the 2 nights that we were there. TV internet connection never worked and they have a nice selection of breakfast food but no cream for your coffee.

Great place to stay in the Seattle/Tacoma area

Great place to stay. The neighbourhood felt safe, the other people in the house were friendly, Dale the host welcomed us and provided us with all of the information in advance.

Considering the low price we paid we feel that our stay was ok for a night.

We originally booked a queen bedroom but were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a king room with its own bathroom. The larger bed was definitely appreciated. Our room and bathroom were spotless. Kudos to the housekeeping team for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the room and bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including a TV, water, a hairdryer, and even earplugs which we needed. We liked having a fan and the option to open the windows for fresh air. The highlight of our stay was the adorable cats! Their presence added a warm touch to our experience. On street parking was fine, and the neighborhood felt safe. Fresh coffee in the morning was a plus.

Unfortunately, our upgraded room was right next to the kitchen and the cat litterbox/food station. When the owners came home around midnight to clean the kitchen, feed the cats, and to turn on the dishwasher, it disrupted our sleep until after midnight. Additionally, other guests were already using the kitchen at 7 AM, making it a short night. The bedroom was situated directly underneath the stairs that every other guest used to access their rooms. This resulted in some noise disturbances. While the common area, especially the kitchen, was nice, it wasn't as clean as we would have liked, especially for a shoe free household. The "breakfast" was a bit underwhelming, some dry cereals, packaged pastries, tea and coffee. Parking was on-street and not on-site.

My stay here was brief but relaxing the entire time. The host were wonderful as well.

The house was so welcoming, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. On top of being perfectly decorated all the amenities were easily accessible and well stocked. This property was one of the best bookings I have had.

Best birthday getaway I could have had!

It was so clean and so calming. I loved their kitty cats too. The bed was SO amazing and I loved the added luxury feel with the robes.

Everything is perfect. Connor and Dale were simply amazing 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Dale is just great! We stayed there for the 2nd time within a few weeks on our way to Seattle

Assigned wrong room with shared instead of private bathroom. (Reveived 15% Discount at the end). Three nice cats live there as well. Although I like animals I would have appreciated if I knew before that cats live there as I am allergic to them...

Nette Gastgeber, die sehr hilfsbereit sind. Haus und Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich durchaus willkommen und wihl

Leider sehr dünne Wände und dadurch hellhörig. Wenn im Nachbarzimmer der Fernseher läuft, hört man dies und das stört dann doch sehr. Es steht und fällt eben mit den anderen Gästen.

The parking is a bit odd. There’s parking available all the time so no need to complain.

Coffee and muffin were OK.

Room needs a portable air conditioner. Fan was not enough to cool it down so it was too hot to sleep.

Great choice in Tacoma!

Friendly and responsive hosts! Private bath, roomy bedroom, laundry, even use of a printer. Easy entry with phone using the August app. And everything was ultra clean! Highly recommend Dale and Connor's homestay!

Might consider a coffee machine so guests can make individual cups as and when they like.

Pleasant accommodation but no mention of a single bathroom having to be shared by up to 9 people.

ONLY ONE BATHROOOM or three B&B rentals plus the three people renting part of this house full time. It should be stated in the ad that there is only one bathroom for up to nine people if all three B&B rooms are rented to couples. Other than a single bathroom the house is very nice, comfortable and well provisioned.

One bathroom to be shared by up to none people and no mention of that fact when booking.

Very good

Dale was really helpful and prompt with answers. We just stayed there couple of hours before our flight. The bathroom and room had some personal touches. All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely like to stay there for few more days

BIG BANG for your buck!!

Dale was personable and accommodating. The room was lovely, well equipped, and appointed. All the little details of travel paraphernalia and electronics were at your fingertips. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Tacoma area.

Superb

Bright, clean, spacious room. Generous host. One of the best B'nB stays I have experienced. All your needs, thoughtfully taken care of. There are cats, who stay out of the way, but in spite of the immaculate cleanliness and absolutely no cat smell, if you have allergies to cats, you will probably experience symptoms. The only reason this is not a 10 for me. Good luck Dale! You deserve success with this venture.
