Good location on the outskirts of Seville, perfect if you do not need to stay in the centre. I had a car and although I was aware that the hotel provides parking, street parking was always available, and free. The bed was comfortable.

Tried breakfast on the first day - I did not enjoy the food. Lacks taste. The hotel should also provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room or at least, supply vending machines with snacks, coffees, etc. It was frustrating wanting to buy a snack during the middle of the night, and not having access to that.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, the showers were good, the lobby area and café were very nice and the breakfast buffet had a variety of tasty food.

The beds were uncomfortable and basic things were missing. Our bathroom had no handsoap in the dispenser, for example. Also, though we got adjacent rooms, they were not connecting rooms, which is inconvenient when travelling as a family with young children.

It was 31.5°C in the room. All night long. In the middle of winter. I spoke to reception they said they would try to turn down the central heating but nothing changed. The air conditioner would not sufficiently counteract the stifling heat. I opened the window, this helped a little but then I was subjected to the relentless electronic beeping of a pedestrian traffic crossing and screams and shouts of drunken people for most of the night. So I oscillated between being too hot with peace or slightly less hot with noise. By five o clock in the morning, by the time the streets were quiet of crazed people I began to fall asleep but was then disturbed by loud banging and wailing from the room next door, presumably the scene of a great crime or love. Shiny and four stars on the surface, this hotel failed in its basic purpose of offering the guest a good night's sleep.

When we arrived in Seville the taxis were on strike and the young man at reception was exceptionally helpful in obtaining a Uber taxi for an early morning flight the next morning.

fridge empty, no slippers available and paid 112 € per night due it has been sold like a 4 stars hotel. toilet not clean properly, hairs into the bath of previous guest and housekeeper didn't make up the bed at all!
