If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to avoiding extra noise. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 3. During the lovely summer season, although he sanitizes, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate, but we provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 5. Check-ins are done either by one of our team or by a self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand. 6. Waste schedule is given during the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) - Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people registered within the booking. EXTRA NOTES: Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen clean (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we find. The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.
