Our house is centrally located in historic downtown Swansboro, within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and entertainment. It is a short drive to beautiful local Crystal Coast beaches. This is a “ duplex rental home”. There is an additional 1 bedroom, 1 full bath rental located in the back with separate entrance. No living spaces are shared in exception for the laundry facilities that are on a scheduled time for each rental with separate entry.
