La Perla is an upper, ocean-view, apartment located just a 3-minute walk from the best beach on Roatan, West Bay Beach. Enjoy the sea breeze, ocean view, sunsets, and the conveniences of being close to the West Bay beach. This spacious unit can accommodate up to 4 people and will offer you a kitchen-living area, a private deck, and plenty of outside space with a pool. Besides, the indoor space, available for your use is a private covered porch, shared barbeque, pool deck, and the lushes’ garden. Mini supermarket, SPA, scooter/car rental, and even emergency polyclinic are just across the street. Additionally, a few great small restaurants are close by and available for convenient breakfast, lunch, or dinner. From the apartment, you can head in a minute to the mile of white sandy beach and nightlife at many, bars and restaurants. Furthermore, for long stays, we offer, once-per-week, free-of-charge transportation to the grocery store. The listed price doesn’t include: 1. Optional A/C (3 units): 0.41 $/kWh -payment by cash, deposit required 2. For bookings exceeding 10 days, an additional cleaning fee of 50$ per week will be imposed (light cleaning and replacement of towels and bed sheets after 10 days)

Boris and Tanya are top notch hosts, we'd have to say the best we've ever had and we've rented many condo's around the world. Their love of their property shows on how well they maintain the pool and the grounds. Any questions were answered very quickly, as well as, keeping us apprised of things like a scheduled power outage, etc. Sitting around the pool was like sitting in our own quiet oasis, with plenty of greenery, beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies. The condo was completely as described and pictured. We found the kitchen provided everything you could possibly need to cook meals, as well as a bbq in a common area. There is a small store, just a hop, skip and a jump away, where you could purchase small grocery items and liquor/beer. The beautiful beach is about a 3 to 5 minute walk from the condo. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend staying with Boris and Tanya, you won't regret it.

We really enjoyed staying here. Lovely pool surrounded by gorgeous tropical plants. Only a few minutes from ocean. Very clean. Hosts very helpful with quick response to questions. Lovely location very close to very good restaurants. Highly recommended. Thank you! Peter & Connie
