- the owner's care for the guests' well-being felt from items such as complimentary water, chocolates, coffee and tea, videos on how to operate the appliances - extensive toiletries - comfortable bed - nice furniture - very clean - not so noisy, although close to the main street - nice terrace - good details about the location and free parking place, received well in advance - hot water at any hour - drinkable tap water - well equipped kitchen

- the coffee machine needed a descaling, we only adviced on the issue at departure, the owner promissed to handle it.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is new, everything clean and in its place. You get more than you need. The hosts are kind and helpful, willing to improve their accommodation and the guests' experiences.
