Though the entire place has been recently renovated, it is an older building in a historic part of town, so there is potential for noise from downstairs voices. Similarly, sound travels through to the first floor, so please be mindful of any downstairs guests. The master bedroom has balcony access. This balcony has very low railing, and is not meant for guest use. There is a Ring doorbell cam at the front door, facing the street. HOUSE RULES OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 6 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment, i.e. if a reservation is for 4 guests, it is expected that only up to 4 people will have access to the apartment. SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed. EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed. This includes gatherings of 6+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind. Similarly, this is a second floor unit with downstairs neighbors, so please keep them in mind. PARKING: There is a driveway with space for two cars, one behind the other.
