The vacation home is quietly located, has lots of privacy and has all possible comforts for a carefree vacation near the sea and dunes. The tree and wooded park Prinsenhof is a small-scale vacation park, quietly located on the Oude Nieuwlandseweg. There are no facilities on the park. There are 2 SPAR supermarkets within walking distance (10 and 15 minutes walk). The beach and dunes are easily accessible by foot (15 minutes) or by bike (5 minutes). Within 10 minutes you can reach the center of Ouddorp by bike. Prinsenhof 17 is a tasteful, spacious and modern vacation home. From the hall you enter the living room with open kitchen and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has a very spacious countertop and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, SMEG stove (including oven), refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker. An additional fridge/freezer is located in the storage room. The spacious dining table seats 6-8 people. A high chair is also provided. The adjoining living room has a wood-burning stove. You can bring your own dry wood. In the cozy sitting area you can enjoy the warmth of the cozy wood stove or watch your favorite movie on the smart TV. Books and games are also available as well as a basket of toys for the little ones. Staying outside is also pleasant. The several terraces allow you to enjoy the sun all day. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. The large enclosed garden offers plenty of privacy and play opportunities for children such as a sandbox, a climbing device and a climbing tree. The vacation home is suitable for 5 persons. There is 1 bathroom with shower and sink and 1 separate toilet. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor (the upper floor is private). There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a 3-person bunk bed. You can park your car under the carport. There is room for several cars. Both the beach and the center of Ouddorp are a few biking minutes away.
