LIVING AREAS Off the grand entrance hall to the left, you will be greeted by a sitting room area, perfect for catching up with friends over a few drinks by the ornate fireplace and the conversation painting. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS There are five bedrooms spread over two levels of the home, with two king beds, two queen beds, and two trundlers (4 twin beds) sleeping comfortably 12 guests. Three of the five bedrooms are ensuites consisting of two primary and one master bedroom. All bedrooms feature clean, soft, hotel-quality linens and bedding with abundant closet space to store all your belongings. Each bedroom displays unique and original to the home fireplaces and mantles carrying the same beautiful and elegant design. Bedrooms #3 and #4 (2nd floor) share a full-size bathroom. GUEST VERIFICATION SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations. TRUST & SAFETY The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury. The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful.
