The space The apartment is a light-filled, stylish and newly renovated one bedroom apartment with one bathroom. It's on the ground floor of a townhouse with its own private entrance from the street. There is a full sofa bed and a single day-bed in the living space and a queen-size bed in the bedroom which has a door with a lock. There is a 32" TV in the bedroom and the TV in the living space is 50". There is an office area located off of the main living area. The kitchen is fully outfitted with anything needed to cook meals. Appliances include a dishwasher, full-size fridge with water and ice dispenser, full-size gas stove with oven, microwave with a fan that vents outdoors and a new Keurig coffee machine (complimentary pods provided). There is a stacked washer and drier inside the apartment as well. The apartment has heated tile floors throughout and two Fujitsu split AC/heat units with one in the bedroom and one in the living area.
