Comfortable beds,wifi good and parking was good

Fence was down at the back at the back of garden but think that was due to a storm having broken off some trees damaging the fence,storage hut

Nicely appointed clean rooms, excellent washing machine, we arrived late on check in day, the tea bags were very much appreciated for a cuppa before venturing to the store.

I think guests may appreciate instructions about garbage/recycling, what goes in which bin etc. Unfortunately the grey (recycle) bin was full to overflowing when we arrived. Fortunately we were a small group and were not home much to create much garbage. The garbage situation DID NOT impact our stay negatively or cause any problem for us.

Suited all the needs.

The house was very cold on arrival & took a long time to warm up.
