Parking: There is a parking garage 1 block away that you can walk to in about 45 seconds. Spots are rented for around $15 a night! Park many cars! The place was excellent size for a group of 12. The communication to the owner was great. The location is nice. Its a short walk to a bus stop and Lincoln Park. There was a problem with the hot water and the owner immediately contacted someone to fix it. The only thing that needs to improve is the kitchen utensils. The kitchen has nice appliances and room to cook but was lacking some necessary items. If you want to eat out or just eat breakfast there it is fine. If you want to make meals they will have to add some items. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 for the overall rating.
