Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, hot tub, and free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 2 cars), coffee maker, washer (in common space), and dryer. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood around the house is known as the Beach neighborhood. It is a vibrant and diverse community with a mix of residential, commercial, and tourist areas. The neighborhood is located right on the beach, so residents and visitors alike can enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Getting Around: The Beach neighborhood is home to a variety of businesses, including restaurants, bars, shops, and hotels. There are also a number of parks and recreation facilities in the area, including Indian Mound Park, Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier, and Pompano Beach Amphitheater. You can get around the house by car, bus, bike, or on foot. Other Things to Note: Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. The property is in excellent shape. Very well maintained. Very clean. Internet appeared slow but when we reset ( unplug and plugged), everything worked extremely well. The communication with the property manager/owner was easy. He was prompt. Courteous and helpful. I would call it slightly pricey but well worth it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in pompamo beach. The facility was nice and comfortable. However, I was a lil disappointed with the manager who did not explain from the beginning that we did not have access to the pool, that the pool belong to the guests at both end of the building. After speaking with the manager, he had said that he had arranged for us to use the pool next door at a small establishment that looked like a motel. Why would he do that, when we were all excited about the pool at our rental. I would think anyone who goes on vacation whatever is paid for you have full access to ALL of the amenities. Another concern we had was the a/c in one of the bedrooms was not working. During the entire week stay my sister and husband had to rely on the a/c coming from the kitchen. When speaking with the Manager (via text) he had said that the a/c technician was by but no one was home. Yes, he did say he tried reaching me but if you did not receive a response, continue to try. At least it shows you care and concern. How could you send a technician on a job without confirming if the individual is at home. I had requested for the technician to return but never received a reply. In spite of this, my family and I had an awesome time and we definitely looking forward to enjoying other vacations arranged by Vrbo and trust that the next manager would be more transparent with everything regardless of what with his client.

The location was perfect and the amenities were top-notch. The entire condo Is beautifully decorated and looks brand-new. The host Chet was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that all of my needs were met throughout my stay. Overall, very pleased with this booking. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home. Host was great and very accommodating. Great location. Very well stocked with essentials. Would definitely stay again. Rooftop hot tub and furniture for beautiful view and relaxation.
