But the house aged, as did we, so two years ago we began the process of building our dream house with all the charm of Cape Cod and all the conveniences of a new home." Let Us Tell You About This Home: Enter this newly built home and you find your self in the open concept main level, bathed in beachy hues of blue. You are instantly greeted by the expansive marsh views that are seen from every room in this home. The living area is open to both the dining room and kitchen which neighbor each other. Seating at the dining table for six as well as adjacent seating at the oversized kitchen island where you ca enjoy your morning coffee. A fully equipped kitchen provides all you will need including the latest in stainless steel appliances. Choose to dine indoors or al fresco as the sliding door to the outside living space and gas grill is located in the dining room. Located past the open floorplan of main living space is a half bath and, beyond that, a large primary bedroom overlooking the marsh with a sliding door out to the deck. This bedroom provides a flat screen TV mounted to the wall, a walk in closet so large it includes its own seating and a full private bathroom. Venture upstairs to an open space overlooking the marsh including an office/work space nook, a seating area for reading books or having a conversation while enjoying the impressive views and a full bathroom which can also be accessed by the Queen bedroom. The Queen bedroom offers plenty of space to unwind including seating in the corner of the room that lends itself perfectly to reading a book! Plenty of storage in the large closet and easy access to the neighboring bathroom which acts as an en suite by having its own door. **On the other end of the second level space is a room providing two twin beds - perfect for children or tweens as it is removed enough from the Queen bedroom to elicit privacy despite not having an official door.** The lower level of this home offers something for everyone! The floorplan is completely open but has defined areas within it. There is a gathering space of two large sofas facing a flat screen TV mounted above a decorative mantle - perfect for a family movie night! Behind that area is the gaming portion of the room which includes shelving with puzzles and games, a table to utilize for those activities and a full size foosball table as well. Adding to the convenience of the lower level living space is a full bathroom with shower so you only need to leave for snacks! With views from every room in this home and close proximity to the beach, family and friends will all enjoy their time in The Ides of Marsh! Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: Contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability). This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience. NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home. NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home! Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on lawn anytime. Additional Information to Assist You: Our calendars are updated in real-time and are accurate. Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure. State and local taxes are charged if applicable. For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.
